Here in this Boise vacation rental, you'll have a full kitchen, partial mountain views, private laundry facilities, and a shared seasonal pool to cool you off on the warmest summer days. Begin each morning with coffee and breakfast outside on the private patio. Come home from days spent exploring to relax, sit down for a board game tournament, or use the WiFi or the provided cookbooks to look up a dinner recipe. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony with views of the nearby foothills, and both have their own bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Boise stay for swim meet

Condo had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable beds and black out curtains make for a good night sleep. Condo is across from an elementary school playground so if you need quiet during the day bring ear plugs. Wonderful stay overall!

Great little home1!!

Beautiful neighborhood, convenient to everything! Home was comfortable, clean and well stocked! Only one issue was the coffeemaker was very dirty upon arrival. They did offer to have a crew come clean it but that was not necessary, I just bough a small one or use during my stay. Otherwise great place and would stay again!

Restful retreat with newer updates

House is evidently being updated. Kitchen needs attention. Refrigerator was leaking water into the top shelf and freezing. I cleaned it up twice. It froze items. Bathrooms are both updated and very nice. Flooring is updated. Would definitely rent again.

Could Never Enter Unit

Despite repeated texts to the property manager, to include videos of the problems we were facing, and spending over 2-1/2 hours in the parking lot outside of the unit, we were never able to enter. I believe the cylinder on the lock was broken, so we could not open the door. The property manager was distinctly unhelpful, and failed to open the property door by the time of our allotted sign-in, so we reported the problem to VRBO and booked a hotel.

Bedding in Boise

Good location near my brother's condo. Only shortfall was lack of a convenience store or grocery nearby. Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. In unit laundry was a plus. While coffee was provided, there was no powdered creamer as a complement. Also, a bottle of water per person per day would be a nice touch. Restaurants were a short walk away. All in all, we would stay again.

Great place and location!

I stayed here with my 3 year old son and husband. Everything is great! Next to the place is a children's playground, which is available from 4 pm when nearby school is dismissed. Great view from the balcony on 2nd floor. The kitchen is well equipped, however blender wasn't working. We make a lot of smoothies so that was a bummer, but otherwise everything was awesome. Clean and cozy.

Great for a small family

My family and I stayed here and it had everything we needed for our five night stay. I have to say I enjoyed the odd shower they have on the ground floor, definitely different from what you generally see in a shower. The home was clean and inviting.

Property does NOT have a bathroom for each bedroom

Very disappointed to discover that this property was not as described. It claims to have a bathroom for each bedroom but in truth it has one Jack and Jill bathroom attached to the master. The other bathroom is a converted powder room down stairs with a tiny shower with a folding door and very poor drainage. I will not stay there again.

It was a great space for 2. The downstairs shower is a bit wonky and the water goes everywhere, do able, but not ideal. Very pretty! The pool key didn’t work, and during COVID, you need your own chairs for the pool deck... if you can get in. Just a good FYI. The upstairs shower needs a drain cleaning and the lights on the upstairs landing are out. Just a few details that make it a 3 star rating.
