Living Room: Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) two chairs, coffee table, sofa table, brown leather hinge topped ottoman for storage.
Kitchen & Dinning Room: Cherry oval table with seating for eight, Amish made cherry cabinets. dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, toaster, blender, 2 Keurig coffee makers, hand mixer, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans
pantry items: coffee, tea, sugar and sweetener packets, salt & pepper, napkins, paper towels, aluminum foil, plastic bags and wrap, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, some cleaning supplies.
Music Room: sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), love seat, two recliners, gas fireplace, dining table with six chairs, kitchenette with sink and small refrigerator, baby grand piano, French doors leading out to the deck, large screen TV with DISH.
The Roman Room: King sized bed, two nightstands with digital clock, DISH TV, writing desk with chair, three drawer dresser with side cabinet, two chairs, closet.
The Tuscan Room: Queen sized bed, nightstand with digital clock, DISH TV, writing desk with chair, three drawer dresser with side cabinet, chair, closet
The Gold Room: Double bed, nightstand with digital clock, DISH TV, dresser, walk in closet.
Bathrooms: large walk-in shower with seat, pedestal sink, cabinet for towel storage, complimentary basket of hand lotion, shampoo & conditioner, towels and hair dryer provided.
Second story 24' x 24' deck overlooking the vineyard and outdoor patio area. The patio area has seating around the fire pit. A picnic table, wooden swing, and outdoor grill located on patio.

Located in the building next door is the heated indoor pool, Game Room with pool table, ping pong, foosball and corn hole, board games, big screen TV with DISH. Pool/game room hours are 9:00AM to 11:00PM. Lighted tennis court. Courtyard with outdoor kitchen.

Great Property and Owners

We had the best time! 7 of us ladies crafted, swam, walked the property, ate and slept! What a beautiful home and pool/sport building! The giggles will be memories we treasure for years! The owners are fabulous and very accommodating! We highly recommend this property!

Family Vacation

Great place to spend time together as a family. Pics and descriptions were accurate. Easy check in. Lots to do, we loved playing tennis, pickle ball, pool, bags, ping pong and swimming. Made smores at firepit , some wood was there to use. They evn mowed a parh for a nice stroll thru nature . Nice clean place. Highly recommend!

Our kiddos loved this place. Off the beaten path but plenty if the simple life things to do. The pool wow!! Table games board games. What a wonderfully peaceful fun place to stay. Everyone agreed we will make this a repeat stop for future vacations

Was a very nice experience. The house is spacious and so are the bathrooms. We loved the event space and pool! We enjoyed the outside space with the fire pit.

Wonderful Retreat

Villa Vellucci was a wonderful place for me and my family/friends to have a fun weekend. Even with a large group, there was plenty of space to move about and tons of activies. Highly recommend!

Clean, fun and a perfect weekend!

We met friends here! It was a nice 1/2 way point and we didn't care too much about leaving property. The pool was perfect for kids! A beautiful path to walk on, Hudson had some good restaurants . Gorgeous in the fall! It was so great to have the entertainment house along with the main house For the kids. Sooo clean, nice beds, great stay!

Fantastic Stay

Property is large, exceptionally clean, very well equipped. Hosts are very kind and hospitable. Area is quiet and pretty. We came to see the Perseid Meteors at the recreation area, but sky views are excellent from the property as well. Had a lot of rest, peace and quiet, and fun with the family. Hope we were good guests.

Amazing place to stay

Our hosts, Ron and Sandra, were excellent; they were very attentive to our needs and answered any messages instantly. The amenities that were offered were amazing as well! The wetlands trails are definitely something to check out if you do stay here. We are hoping to make this our yearly vacation getaway; Rated A+++ in our group's eyes!

Family getaway

Check in was smooth, hosts are very friendly. Listing is as posted. My kids loved the pool and rec room. The property is in the country, quiet area, gravel road. We did have to drive some distance to sight see and do some activities, but if you are looking to just relax, this is the place for sure! Lots of games, fire pit, game room, pool, yard, quiet, left alone/private. Great place for small family reunions, bachelorette weekend, or just a girls trip. Will stay again if we plan to be in the area!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

Exceeded our expectations! Spacious home on 3 levels plus outdoor space. This doesn’t even include the swimming pool, tennis court, and huge game room. Very clean. Tons of opportunities for gathering. Owners were very responsive, helpful, and nearby if needed. This was the perfect place for our bridal party to call home base while in the area for a wedding.

Great family get away

Had a great time, grandkids loved the pool and game room, we loved the tennis court. We fixed all our meals there and had everything we needed. Fire pit was great for hotdogs and smores! Comfortable beds and big showers. Hope to return.

Absolutely amazing rental!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property, literally nothing was negative. The property is the cleanest I have ever seen from a VRBO, there are a million amenities, the pool is private and open all day, the game room has everything you might want, and the views are phenomenal! The owners gave us a tour, were always available for questions, and made sure our stay was amazing. Highly recommend renting this property!!

Amazing stay/perfect

We had such an enjoyable stay at the property. Communication was great. The owners had so many things to do at the property; swimming at the pool(favorite), tennis, pool table, foosball table, corn hole, pickle ball, games that my grandchildren loved plus legos(big hit). We tried them all. We even enjoyed playing poker. In the evening we relaxed sitting around the fire pit and making s'mores. The sunsets were beautiful. The property was clean and the owners thought of everything so you only needed to bring your clothes and food. We will definitely book again and refer others. It is a great place to unwind and relax with nature but with all the amenities to enjoy physical activities. The owners are definitely premier hosts.

Stayed here for the 2nd time for a long weekend with our children and another couple and their kids. The kids loved the game room and pool and the adults enjoyed watching TV and playing games when the kids went to bed. The weather was awful again and it didn't matter because there is so much to do inside and its all private. We will be coming back next year for another stay.
