Miete bezahlt, keine Wohnung erhalten!

Bei Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass die Vermieterin die Wohnung trotz Bestätigung und Begrüßung-Emails direkt vor der Anreise "nicht mehr vermietet". Angeblich hatte sie vergessen, die Wohnung aus dem Vermietungsportal abzumelden. Leider hatte sie auch "vergessen" , mir das mitzuteilen oder mir das bei Vertragsschluss vor ca. vier Monaten bereits komplett bezahlte Geld zurückzuzahlen. Am Telefon tat sie überrascht, fragte nur, woher ich ihre Nummer hätte (aus der Vertragsbestätigung) und sagte, dass sie die Wohnung nicht mehr vermiete. Freundlich ist anders! Entschuldigung? Nein! Irgendein Hilfsangebot? Fehlanzeige! Angebot, das Geld sofort zurückzuzahlen? Auch nicht. Wenigstens hat sich FeWo direkt bzw. Expedia schnell und unkompliziert gekümmert.

Catastrophe!

Vous avez un sérieux manque de comunication car nous n'avons jamais séjourné à cet endroit. Il parait que ce que nous avions réservé quelques mois en avance aurait été vendu et on l'a appris le jour même de notre arrivée seulement. Les employés de Vrbo ne nous ont même pas trouvé un endroit pour coucher ce soir-là... Deux jours de voyage perdus sur quatre et beaucoup de stress pour trouver un endroit. Catastrophe!

Insgesamt in Ordnung

Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Aufteilung der Zimmer mit den zwei Bädern ist in Ordnung. Im kleineren Zimmer mit den beiden auseinanderstehenden Betten, können die Schranktüren nicht richtig geöffnet werden, weil das Bett davor steht. Die Zimmer an sich sind aber ok und die Matratzen gut. Die Dusche im größeren Bad hätte dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Ansonsten war aber alles völlig in Ordnung und durch die Tram fast direkt vorm Haus, hatte man guten Anschluss in die Stadt. Was uns aber dann am Ende doch noch gestört hat war, dass es keinen Raum gab, wo man sein Gepäck unterstellen konnte, nachdem man das Appartement verlassen hatte. Unser Flug ging erst abends. Wir haben die Zeit, bis wir los mussten, dann am Pool verbracht, der sich im Erdgeschoss in dem Hochhaus befindet, allerdings konnte man sich dort nirgends mehr umziehen, die Türen zu den Sanitäranlagen waren verschlossen.

Pasamos unos días estupendos. Todo al detalle, la propietaria muy accesible y pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. Apartamento bien equipado y comunicado. Incluso el portero del edificio es encantador. Repetiremos!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Umgebung

Eine schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht - allerdings hört man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern den Straßenverkehr. Man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Das Doppelbett quitscht bei jeder Bewegung. Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet und es gibt nur sehr wenige Programme im TV. Trotzdem eine Wohnung die man empfehlen kann!

Aufenthalt in Barcelona im Sommer 2019

Wir waren zu fünft in Barcelona und haben nach einer Wohnung gesucht, die groß genug für eine solche Gruppe ist. Diese Wohnung beinhaltet zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Dabei gibt es ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Die weitere Schlafmöglichkeit war das Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Es war groß genug aber nicht direkt mit einem Bett zu vergleichen. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und auch gut ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden, dass man benötigte. Die Aussicht aus dem siebten Stock war herrlich, da die Wohnung mit einer Glasfront in Richtung Meer gelegen ist. Zusätzlich waren zwei Balkone zur Verfügung. Einer davon ist mit Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine kleine Rezeption und einen Pool mit Liegen. Da es sehr viele Stockwerke in diesem Gebäude gibt sind auch drei Aufzüge vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, da man nur fünf bis zehn Minuten zu einem öffentlichen Strand gehen muss. Zusätzlich liegt das Apartment nahe einer Tramstation und auch zur Metro ist es nicht so weit. Von dort aus kann man ganz einfach in die Stadtmitte gelangen. Abschließend können wir diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Very nice building, good location, poor communication

The building was pretty easy to find, only 20 minutes from the airport and close to public transport to get into the city. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was garage parking and a pool which were both nice amenities. However, it took us nearly an hour of waiting to be let in because our host told her husband the wrong arrival time. I spent over 10 euros to contact VRBO abroad and get some help, so that was annoying. Communication could use some improvements. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

Très bel appartement dans une résidence luxueuse

Tres propre, à 5km du centre mais facilement accessible en transport en commun, proche de la plage, air conditionné, très lumineux, avec un parking ce qui est très appréciable à Barcelone. La communication avec la propriétaire n'était pas toujours facile, mais au final tout s'est très bien passé.

Excellent séjour.

Communication très facile avec Lily. L'appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos. Propreté irréprochable. Le tramway se trouve au pied de l'immeuble et il est donc très facile de se rendre au centre de Barcelone. Nous avons laissé notre voiture dans le parking en sous sol de l'immeuble. Seul petit bémol : manque un peu de vaisselle. Merci Lily

Alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist bei Ankunft war jemand vor Ort Abreise auch ohne Probleme da ich schon öfters in diesem Stadtteil war wollte ich dort wieder hin Einkaufszentrum 10 Minuten zu Fuß ein weiteres mit guten Möglichkeiten in 5 Haltestellen mit der Straßenbahn Alles in allem war es für uns ein schöner Urlaub
