Come appreciate the outstanding Lake and Mountain views from this gorgeously furnished home. The interior views are from the living room, the gourmet kitchen and from the sitting area in the Master bedroom. This home has all the amenities you are looking for in a vacation home complete with all cooking utensils, appliances, linens and towels and a maid upon request available during your stay.

The exclusive location of this home with its view, makes it one of the more desirable areas and homes in all of Havasu. Easy access to the lake or one block to the desert for trails, off roading or mountain biking.

Everything EXCEPT the garage. We do have a large wide drive way for 3 cars, a boat and street parking

We have a maid and a handyman available if needed as well.

You will be responsible for any propane use to heat the spa or pool. You will receive a screenshot of the current tank level when you check in and when you check out. You can also see the level on the gas tanks gauges which are out in the back yard or use the app on the IPad left at the house. You can keep track of usage. You will be responsible for paying A&B Propane for the propane.
Guest must be over 25 years of age. No illegal drugs at any time on the property . No glass around the pool or in the hot tub .Any guest renting our home will have to sign a rental contract ahead of time.

I expect guests to be very respectful and treat the home as if it were theirs.. And also leave everything in the same condition as when they arrived.

No house parties allowed and please do not touch any of the audio video equipment system. If we have to have a technician come out for repairs, you will be responsible for the costs.

Propane costs are free up to 10% of tank level. Then $99 fee.
