Villa Aubons is a charming Mallorcan style country house for holiday rentals in Majorca, located in the quiet village of Crestatx laying on the north of the island. It is a very quiet and secluded area but at the same time, you have all the amenities you may need next to it. Apart from this, Playa de Muro - one of the most famous white sandy beaches of Majorca with numerous restaurants and beach bars - is located in a short driving distance.

Villa Aubons counts with a spacious and comfortable living room with a fireplace and dining table, fully equipped office format kitchen with a dining area, three double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and 2 bathrooms.

The living room has direct access to the covered terrace with BBQ; rest and dining areas overlooking the pacific country landscape. You will definitely spend plenty of time outdoors, enjoying the big garden with lawn and typical Mediterranean vegetation, sunbathing and relaxing by the swimming pool (6x 3, depth 2.40 - 1.50), and enjoying impressive panoramic views.

The villa is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in every bedroom, heating in every room, SAT-TV, connection WiFi, dishwasher, bed linens & towels, and much more.

The villa has unique Mallorcan architecture: natural stone facade and internal walls, wooden ceiling beams, hardwood carpentry, and decor details. Thanks to the thick natural stone walls, you do not have heat in the summer either cold in the wither months. In the Crestatx area, there are several cafes, bars, and supermarkets that have everything you need for your vacation.

To arrive at the property, you have to drive through a stone country road.

*IMPORTANT: THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY MUST BE COLLECTED FROM OUR OFFICE. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. If your arrival time is outside these hours, please make sure you have received our mail with instructions to collect the keys in a safe deposit box*.
*No type of events or parties are allowed*
*Silence is obligatory between 22:00 and 09:00, and during the rest of the day respect for the neighbors is essential (no loud music, excessive noise, etc.)*

*Please keep the kitchen and barbecue areas clean to avoid attracting insects*
*Important: due to the location of the house and depending on the season, there might be insects. Slow Villas provides the product kit so you can enjoy your stay without any hassle.*
