Come stay at this amazing tropically inspired condo. Newly remodeled 2 Bedroom/1Bath condo with a private patio located on a perfectly secluded 5 acre lot right in town! Walk to Bagnell Dam Strip, or just minutes away from all that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. Watch all the deer and wildlife that call this parcel home. Only 4 units in this building and all available for rental.

This is a quiet condo complex and we value a good nights sleep for our guests and neighbors. Owners live onsite and are available to answer questions and concerns so you can book with confidence that if you have any issues during your stay, it will be addressed immediately.

Located just 2 blocks from the historic Bagnell Dam Strip where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and other tourism attractions such as parasailing, Jet ski rentals, helicopter rides and arcades, and only 1/2 mile to 2 wineries.

Condo is decorated with tropical/nautical decor.

The condo consists of a queen bed in the master, and a queen in 2nd bedroom. Max occupancy 4. Fully equipped kitchen, tvs in living room and bedrooms, central air conditioning and wifi and a stack washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes!

2 deck areas. The back deck gives you a great view of Jennings Branch Cove and the marinas and in the front is a patio table to sit and watch the deer.

Condo is only 2 steps from parking. There is plenty of parking for cars and trailers.

This property uniquely gives you a feeling of escape as well as being close to the excitement.

Wonderful Place!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The location is so peaceful and private but you are only a few blocks from anything you would need. The house is very stylish, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the water below and deer wondering around the grounds. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.

Nice Cabin/Condo

The cabin/condo was extremely clean and well decorated. It is a very spacious, especially for a couple. The owners provided bottled water and fruit snacks along with a magazine will all of the local events and locations. I will stay there again. Would recommend to anyone.

If you are looking for a very nicely remodeled unit this, is it. It is close to everything but is off the beaten path enough to be very private. Will be staying with them again.

Incredible weekend at the Lake

Dave and Pam’s property was an exceptional experience and stay. Their place was clean, quiet and in the perfect location. We were a short walk from the dam and strip of restaurants with an amazing view of the lake. The condo was spotless and had everything you could need to prepare your own food and drinks if you want to save some money. We will certainly be back and staying with them in the future.

Perfect!

I don't want to set the expectation too high, but I LOVED everything about this place. The hosts were absolutely wonderful to rent from, the home - yes home, is decorated just enough to make it feel cozy and homey, was clean and stocked perfectly for 2 friends to cook in 2 of our 3 night stay, and the location is deceiving because you are right in town, but yet on either porch it feels like you are far removed from it. I would definitely rent from Pam and Dave again!

Beautiful property! House is cozy and decorated beautifully. Easy access to a marina to put the boat in and nice FLAT parking to store the truck and trailer. Our new go to spot for weekend trips.

Pam and Dave were the best hosts, the cabin had everything we could have needed and more. Saw deer every day on our walks into town. The location was quiet yet close to everything. Thanks for making our short stay enjoyable.

Great Property, Great Location

My fiancé and I booked a weekend getaway here, and we were not disappointed. The place was very clean and was an easy check in/out process. Pam was extremely friendly and helpful, and anything you possibly could have left at home she’s sure to have at the house (shampoo, dishes, batteries, etc.) We also seen deer every day outside our rental, which I absolutely enjoyed. I’d definitely book again for any future trips to the Ozarks.

Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet

Myself, my girlfriend, and a good friend ours had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and the ac was turned on for us when we arrived. Wonderful view of the lake from the porch. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about the stay, including being so close to bagnell dam.

This charming home was perfect in every way for me and my daughter. I must point out upon our arrival Mr. Dave and Ms. Pam provided exceptional level of service. Everything was perfect upon arrival. Professionally managed every step of the way. They provide top-notch service with excellent communication. This home was in the perfect location for our needs and where we were intending to go each day. The place is really nice just as described with a beautiful view. The property we stayed at was very clean. The kitchen had all appliances and utensils imaginable, and the bathrooms had shampoo and body wash. Had a wonderful time and exceeded all our expectations! We will be coming back soon.

Perfect place for our young kids!

I was happy to find this place at a great rate for our first visit to Lake of the Ozarks. We came with our daughters who are 22 months and 5. It worked really well for us! It was safe for our toddler, very clean, and nicely decorated. There was plenty of privacy- 2 outdoor areas that we could enjoy while our youngest napped each day. It was also convenient to be near a Marina so we could launch our boat.
