Villa Maravillas 2 is an attractive detached house located in the quiet area of ​​Ses Cadenes in El Arenal de Mallorca, a privileged area situated close to Playa de Palma, one of the longest sandy beaches of Mallorca with a lovely sea promenade with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, souvenirs shops, etc.

The house offers an inviting living room with a rest area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a fireplace, and huge flat-screen TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, three spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and two full bathrooms. Here you also have a large terrace with a lounge zone that leads to the pool area.

The outdoor territory has a big garden with a lawn and palm trees, a large terrace with sunbeds and an embedded swimming pool, and another covered terrace where we can find a brick barbecue and a dining area, where you can enjoy grilling diners with your family and friends. Also, here you have an outdoor toilet.

Villa Maravillas 2 is fully equipped and furnished, air conditioning and heating throughout the house, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, etc. Also, there is a garage, DIY area, and even has a pelota court.
