Magnificent property with sea and mountain views, 300 meters from the beach.

Holiday home on the Costa Tropical, an hour's drive from Malaga airport.
Semi-detached house in urbanizacion Lambda, 500 meters from the beach of Velilla, where you can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (chlorine-free) that can be used all year round.
Almunecar is the perfect place where you can enjoy your vacation, rest, beach and culture, but also outdoor sports such as walking, cycling (racing and mountain biking), diving, paragliding, etc.
The cities of Malaga and Granada are less than an hour away, for sights such as the Picasso Museum and the Alhambra.
The house has a private parking space, air conditioning, WiFi and smart TV, and from the terrace you have a beautiful view of the beach, sea and mountains.
You also have two (electric) folding bikes at your disposal to cycle along the 5 km long boulevard.
In addition to the beautiful beaches, there is a water amusement park (Aquatropic) for children only 1 km from the house.

Amazing house

We loved the house. Amazing view from the balcony, only locals in the nearby houses. Robert & Teresa were very very kind and helpfull. We'll be back for another holiday for sure.

Phantastische Zeit

Der Aufenthalt war super. Teresa und Robert sind tolle Gastgeber. Schade war nur, dass die Terrasse und der Balkon im Winter praktisch keine Sonne haben, so dass sie kaum zu nutzen waren. Im Sommer, wenn es heiß ist, ist das bestimmt ein Vorteil. Schade war, dass in der Anzeige das Foto vom Pool den Eindruck erweckt, als wäre dieser direkt bei dem Haus. Karl

Excellent location and views

Robert and Teresa are very welcoming people and always offered to help (since the booking was done and throughout our stay). The place is well located and very well maintained. Swimming Pool area perfectly maintained with amazing views!

Vacaciones perfectas

Estupenda!!! La casa genial, muy limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario, nosotros éramos 4 personas adultas y hemos estado muy comodos. Está muy cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo lo único q la calle es una cuesta muy empinada. Los dueños son muy atentos y simpáticos, nos dieron toda la información de la zona (bares, tiendas, heladerías...) y siempre estaban pendientes por si necesitábamos algo más. Cuándo vuelva por la zona ya se donde alojarme.

Un lugar para desconectar

Es una casa muy bonita. Lo que más nos ha gustado han sido sus dos terrazas y las vistas desde una de ellas. Teresa ha sido muy amable y ha estado siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos.

Heerlijk appartement met fantastisch uitzicht

Mooi en verzorgd appartement met schitterend uitzicht. Rustige omgeving en strand op loopafstand. Prettige persoonlijke ontvangst door Robert (eigenaar) en leuke tips voor verkenning van de omgeving. Hier gaan we nog een keer naar terug!

Beautiful view in a quiet location

Good apartment comfortable for four persons. Beautifull view, all forniture are practically brand new. Robert is a very good Host. Some difficulties are there for the parking place because the flat is on a Hill and access road is tiny and with high slope, therefore if you have a SUV or big car some parking difficulties are there. Swimming pool is almost 5min walk from the flat, up on the hill. The village is nice and quite

Parfait logement pour une famille de 4 personnes avec un très joli panorama, calme.

Logement comprenant toutes les commodités promises et plus. Agréable vue de l'appartement et de la piscine. Piscine suffisamment grande pour le nombre de résidents. Endroit calme de Almunecar avec des commerces et de bons conseils pour le resto, glacier, ... Agréable découverte des alentours de la ville. Il faut savoir que la plage est en contrebas de la résidence et le piscine à deux rues plus haut. Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec une difficulté quelconque. Point négatif : les odeurs d'égouts comme souvent dans de nombreux logements de la région.

El alojamiento está bien amueblado, equipado y limpio, aunque solo una de las plantas está habilitada . La ubicación es buena por las vistas, pero es necesario coche para todo. Tiene un problema con los desagües del baño, el olor es insoportable.

Nos quedamos encantados de la casa y el emplazamiento. Teresa y Robert un encanto. Si tuviera que señalar algo malo diría que el acceso al parking para el coche un poco problemático. En resumen, muy recomendable! disfrutamos mucho!
