Villa Blue Coast is located between Cannes and Mougins, offering 4 bedrooms, (all with ensuite bathroom facilities) and contemporary air conditioned interiors with a Scandinavian feel. The living areas are distributed over 3 floors with the large open plan living room, kitchen and dining room together with the master bedroom located on the ground floor offering direct access onto the outdoor terrace and pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped complete with oven, micro wave, steamer oven, fitted coffee machine, dishwasher and has easy access to the pool and outdoor terrace and dining area.
The first floor consists of an office area, TV room with games table, exercise equipment including a treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike. The lower ground floor offers 3 bedrooms, each with outdoor access and an ensuite bathroom.
The large pool is central to the property and measures 15 x 5. The pool is surrounded by comfy seating and sun loungers where guests can relax, and a large dining area seating 8 comfortably. Other outdoor facilities include a heated jacuzzi, BBQ and large flat screen TV!
The property is not suitable for families with young children.
