At mt. 600 from the sea is the Res. "CLUB", one of the greenest and quietest areas of the Lido delle Nazioni, characterized by the uniformity of the type of villas, all on the ground floor with large corner gardens, for a relaxing holiday in complete freedom.
The house is completely renovated (spring 2018) and consists of: living room with double sofa bed, separate kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower box.
Equipped with all comforts: TV-SAT, air conditioning with heat pump, washing machine, safety gates, mosquito nets, high fence around the perimeter.
Free internal parking space also for 2 cars.
We inform you that there are no bed linen and towels
It is possible to rent them.
