Old flat in the middle of historyc center
The location is very good, everything is close. In the winter, it is a bit cold and dark. There is no heating in the living room (only in the toilet and in the bed room). The stone floor is also cold in the winter. There is no much light comes in from the closed court, so the flat is pretty dark in the winter. As it is in the historical area, it is difficult to get to the place with a bigger car. Some maintenance/renovation would be good for the bathroom, the walls are probably has some saltpetre, so the paint falls down here and there. It must be much more joy in the summer.
