It is a villa with pool 200 meters from the sandy beach of Carovigno, in the upper Salento, an area embraced by the sun and nature, among olive trees, trulli, turquoise sea and good air.

A villa 200 meters from the sandy beach
It is located in Pantanagianni, Marina di Carovigno. At 200 meters from the villa you can walk to a fine sandy beach where you can enjoy your holiday by the sea and the warm sun of Salento.
 
 
Just a few kilometers away is also the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, a natural oasis
 
Two outdoor verandas, pool and solarium
 
The outdoor spaces are well kept and finished. Two pieces of lawn enclose both the pool and the house, and are equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
The back porch ensures that you can choose, depending on the position of the sun, the area to shelter from the summer heat and enjoy an iced drink at the end of a pleasant day spent at the beach or in the pool.
Functional and modern interior of the villa
The living room with kitchenette is equipped with TV, dishwasher and air conditioning, as well as a dinner table. 
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with a 120cm sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is an additional bathroom with shower, near the pool area.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 15 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100.
