Pleasant stay at the border of Marseille

Very well located, spacious apartment, well laid out. We appreciated the air conditioning. Good connection to public transport (bus and boat). Local beach and nice restaurants in short walking distance.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen laufen, das Auto steht sicher an der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Danke Greta für den schönen Urlaub

Sehr schönes und komfortables Objekt.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden und sehr gute Lage. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief tadellos. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Great location, spacious apartment, comfortable in every way.

We loved this apartment! It was a perfect place to stay to visit family in Marseille. Really 5 minutes to the beach (10 for a nicer beach), a few restaurants and a Lidl nearby, practical in every way - though it is useful to have a car. Everything exactly as promised, the pictures are true to life. Clear explanations about everything from wifi to restaurants.

L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour une famille. Il est bien entretenu et situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. Dommage que le quartier ne soit pas à la hauteur de l'appartement.

Superbe appartement, très confortable et proche des plages.

L'appartement est spacieux, très lumineux et joliment décoré. Il est bien équipé et situé près de la plage, dans une résidence sécurisée avec un emplacement de parking au milieu d'un joli parc ombragé et très calme. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour d'une semaine en famille. Merci à Mme Desforges pour son accueil très sympathique.

Très bien

La résidence est très bien située : près de la plage familiale de la Pointe Rouge et au calme. C’est d’ailleurs le calme qui nous a le plus marqués, nous n’entendions rien, à part les cigales la journée ! L’appartement est très bien équipé et confortable. Tout y est, même une SmartTV avec la box qui va bien pour les enfants. La vue du séjour et de la terrasse sur le parc est très agréable, on est en appartement et à la campagne, à Marseille, à Roland Garros même (il y a un terrain de tennis et la propriétaire laisse des raquettes à disposition) ! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, merci Madame DESFORGES et merci Laurence pour votre gentillesse.

Urlaub in Pointe Rouge

Wir verbrachten 11 schöne Tage in Gretas Appartement, welches sich unweit vom Strand und Hafen Pointe Rouge und in einer gesicherten Appartementanlage befindet. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, schick eingerichtet und mit allen ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar Tennisschläger gab es, so dass die Kinder auch den Tennisplatz in der Anlage nutzen konnten. Um in die Innenstadt von Marseille oder nach Les Goudes zu gelangen, empfiehlt es sich die Fähre vom Hafen zu nutzen, die stündlich fährt. Der Strand in Pointe Rouge ist für Familien v.a. mit kleineren Kindern geeignet, da er flachabfallend ist. Er ist sehr beliebt bei den Einheimischen, so dass es entsprechend voll ist. Fußläufig ist der Nationalpark Calanques zu erreichen, in dem man wunderbar wandern kann. Empfehlen können wir auch die Bootstour entlang der Nationalparkküste inklusive Schnorcheln in kleinen Buchten. Wir verbrachten sehr entspannte 11 Tage in Marseille und bedanken uns bei Greta für das unkomplizierte Checkin/out. Antje & Daniel & Kids

Super séjour à Marseille

Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Relation avec la Propriétaire pour tout renseignement. L'appartement très bien situé tant pour la plage que pour aller visiter la ville par le bus. Très confortable et spacieux, bien équipé, un balcon donnant sur un parc super enchanteur, résidence très calme, parking sécurisé. Tout est parfait.

Procédure d'arrivée un peu chaotique mais tout le reste parfait . Appartement et emplacement exceptionnels. La gérante disponible malgré son éloignement c'est très agréable et rassurant. Merci.

Très bel appartement spacieux et ouvert à la décoration soignée - proximité de la Pointe Rouge

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce bel appartement lumineux, bien équipé et décoré, au 1er étage d'une résidence calme et à proximité de tous les commerces, bus et de la plage. A quelques minutes également de la navette maritime qui vous dépose aux Goudes (en 15 minutes) ou au Vieux Port (en 30 minutes). Manque uniquement dans la résidence un rack extérieur pour stationner ponctuellement les vélos (nous avions choisi de ne pas louer de voiture) et une poubelle jaune pour le recyclage.
