About this property

Villa less than 500 meters from the famous beach of Dune di Campana, inserted in the exclusive Chia Laguna Resort with private swimming pool and breathtaking sea views, ranging from the Chia tower to the Su Giudeu island.
The Villa is surrounded by a large flower garden, flat, equipped with: outdoor living room, two outdoor dining tables, sun loungers and umbrellas adjacent to the pool.
From the garden and the pool you can enjoy the wonderful view.

The villa has been totally renovated during the past winter with materials of absolute value and finished with high quality materials (parquet, local stone) and furnished in an elegant and refined way.

The Villa consists of:
-Large living and dining area with fireplace.
-Cooked kitchen
- 3 double bedrooms.
-a bedroom with a bunk bed
-2 bathrooms with window.
A double sofa bed is available in the living room.

It is equipped with the following appliances:
Refrigerator with freezer, oven, toaster, electric grill, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, TV in the living room, Wi-Fi 4G Vodafone, air conditioning in all rooms.

Internal parking space and ample free parking spaces along the driveway. The rooms are equipped with large closets.
A short distance away we find the Chia Laguna resort square with restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, newsagent, ATM, golf course and the nearby Pitch & Putt.
All utilities according to consumption are included.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and beach towels are provided.
On request a person affiliated with the property can take care of the cleaning.

Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Check in war sehr einfach und freundlich - das Haus sehr geräumig und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!!! Vielen Dank nochmal an Liliana und Giulia!

Very nice house with a unique view

The house is great with a marvelous view, a great pool, with nice rooms and bathrooms and a perfectly well-equipped kitchen. However, you need to like the music and evening shows of the hotel nearby which is very close by and the music can be heard very clearly. An umbrella or an option for shade would also be much appreciated for the morning sun. But otherwise a dream house!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Traumblick

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht - gute Pfannen, scharfe Messer etc. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist sauber, es hat Liegestühle und der Blick über Chia und den Stränden ist fantastisch. Es hat 3 kleinen Supermärkte in Chia und in Pula hat es ein Conad mit Fisch, Fleisch etc. Die Strände liegen auf Reihe unterhalb vom Haus und sie sind alle traumhaft schön. Wir kommen sicher wieder und können das Haus wärmsten empfehlen. Danke Liliana

Pro e contro

Posizione della casa ottima con bella vista mare. Bel giardino curato con verde e piscina. Le spiagge in zona sono molto belle e facilmente raggiungibili con un’auto. Attrezzatura adeguata, ma camere un po’ piccole, in particolare una. Cosa importante è che il servizio non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative, visto il costo del soggiorno. Intanto all’arrivo, in tempi di pandemia, si dovrebbe trovare un appartamento accuratamente disinfettato. In realtà abbiamo trovato in bagno le spugne usate di chi ci ha preceduto e sul comodino medicine varie. Siamo stati 5 giorni con una delle camere da letto con aria condizionata non funzionante; per non dire del Wi-Fi (specificato nel contratto), non più attivo dopo quattro giorni. A bordo piscina non abbiamo mai potuto mangiare, poiché l’ombrellone era inutilizzabile anche con poco vento. Nonostante le segnalazioni, questi problemi non sono stati del tutto risolti. Le pulizie, pagate a parte, sono state sommarie e sbrigative. Insomma, possiamo senz’altro dire che, per la cifra richiesta, il servizio e l’assistenza non sono stati all’altezza.

Amazing place and views in Sardinia

What a wonderful stay we had in Domus de Maria - near the Chia Laguna resort. The place is first class and even better than the pictures. This impeccably clean home is very well designed has recently been renovated --done with great taste- beautiful floors, nice bathrooms, special little touches and beautiful sliding glass doors which open up to the beautiful stone patio and grass yard and pool. We were welcomed with lots of fresh fruits and pastries along with coffee and dry pasta which came in handy one night. The pink sunrise in the morning was awe inspiring. There are multiple seating areas outside either in the shade or sun and plenty of chairs and lounge chairs. There is even a rooftop where you can view the beaches or the stars at night. The flowers and trees in the property are simple gorgeous and well maintained. The checkin and check out was simple. Even though the check in host knew little English, I was able to talk to the owner who knows English and was extremely accommodating during checkin. The kitchen has alot of light and has absolutely everything you need. A glass door can be shut to the living area so you dont wake up or disturb people in the morning when cooking in the kitchen. There is a small market with fresh food and many local specialties 20 minutes walk or a few minutes by car. The only thing the local market didnt have was the coffee K cups we needed so we enjoyed an excellent espresso coffee to go from a cafe called Panino. You can also find fruit and cheese stands in the area. We loved the fresh figs and sheep milk cheese. The beaches nearby were breathtaking. The owner provided a small cooler and had many ice packs in the freezer which was very helpful. We bought a small umbrella from the market which was needed at the beaches especially because one beach tried to charge us 80 euros for an umbrella and chairs. The livingroom is very comfortable, well decorated and had a pullout sofa that we didnt use. The AC worked great with seperate controls in each room. The bathrooms were renovated and had nice glass enclosures in the shower area. There was a very nice blowdryer provided. The front bedrooms had blackout shades and there were screens throughout the house. The washing machine and dishwasher worked very well. A clothes hanger worked extremely well and our clothes smelled so fresh and clean. We really felt at home, would stay here again and would highly recommend this property and this area of Sardinia. Enjoy
