Absolutely great!
Great house close to Tossa with good amenities inside. David is absolutely helpful for everything. We had everything we needed to spend on full week holiday for 2 families with 2 kids. The house has all the necessary equipment and the area is very quiet and respectful.

Nice semi-detached villa in a quiet area
Nice and quiet area, with a pebble/sand beach 800 meters away with not too many guests and always open spots. A couple of restaurants in walking distance from the house. Quiet street, with semi-detached villas and with a very large communal pool. Close to Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar by car. David responds quickly and the communication is easy and positive. The check-in and check-out went really smooth. The street is closed by a gate, so the car is parked safely in the street, in a designated parking sport. Highly recommended for couples or families

Tout était conforme à nos attentes et au descriptif de l'annonce, l'environnement, la piscine, l'agencement de la maison, qui nous a beaucoup plu. David, l'hôte était toujours disponible quand nous en avions besoin. Bref, je recommande si vous cherchez à la fois une maison au calme, très agréable pour 6 personnes , à proximité de la mer (10 mns a pieds) et non loin du centre de Tossa (5 mns en voiture)

Notre 1er voyage en famille recomposée !
Une très belle surprise en entrant dans cette maison à la déco si harmonieuse. Tous les membres de la famille y ont trouvé ce qu'ils aiment : la suite parentale avec terrasse vue sur mer et verdure, la grande chambre des ados et celle des enfants. Toutes climatisées ... indispensable avec cette chaleur ! Une piscine très grande avec peu de monde. Un calme et des couchers de soleil si rares en comparaison des grosses stations de Lloret ou Playa d'Aro. La plage en contrebas de la maison offre une eau limpide, un p'tit bar/resto très sympa...mais ce coin de paradis se mérite car la remontée est abrupte ! (sinon parking payant). Bref, todo fue perfecto ! Allez-y sans hésiter.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé une super semaine. La maison est propre et très agréable, 2 terrasses et un petit jardin. La piscine de la résidence est très grande et la vue est vraiment magnifique. Petit bémol la Clim est seulement dans le salon, nous avons eu un peu chaud dans les chambres mais la résidence est très calme et nous avons pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. David a su se rendre disponible pour nous donner des bons plans. Je recommande vivement

Maison très bien entretenue, bien équipée. David est un hôte charmant. Magnifique terrasse avec vue sur mer. Résidence de qualité, avec belle piscine et voie privée avec barrière. Un seul point d'attention, la qualité du sommeil : les matelas sont de qualité moyenne, la climatisation est dans le living-room seulement, donc il a fallu ouvrir les fenetres et le voisinage a été bruyant jusque tard, et un bruit de moteur (pompe ?) proche de la maison se déclenchait aléatoirement.

Geweldige week
Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op de baai. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Wel een flinke workout om naar beneden te gaan en naar boven te komen, maar het strand en de beachclub zijn het meer dan waar. Fijn contact met de verhuurder. Bedankt David. Het was een geweldige week.
