This is a highly desirable, one of a kind - G Unit property. Walk 75 feet to the Home Run Trail and ski down to Tamarack Lift. Park your car and never use it again. Stores, restaurants and village as well as The Stratton Mountain Activity Center are all within walking distance. 1/2 mile away is the beautiful Stratton golf course. You will also have access to the Slopeside Clubhouse which has an outside pool as well as a hot tub which is open all year. This condo has 3 levels enter on the second level into the mudroom and full bathroom. The second level also has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room which includes a wood burning fireplace. There is a beautiful private deck off the living room. Go downstairs to the first level and you will find 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second has 1 bunk bed and a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses. Also downstairs is a full bathroom with tub and shower as well as a laundry room. On the third floor is the master bedroom with queen size bed a full bath and a separate small bedroom desk and a twin beds along with a pull out mattress.


This condo has all amenities ,firewood, fire starters, 4 Smart TV's, games, sleds etc.

Stratton is a great place to visit throughout the year.

Ski Getaway

The condo was very nice and comfortable, there was plenty of room for 6 adults. The location was perfect. The host was very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

Great ski in ski out property

Great spot for skiing. The house was very nice and clean and had everything you needed. Check in was very easy. When there’s enough snow it’s very convenient to ski in and ski out. If home run or lads legacy are closed in the early or late season it’s a bit more of a hike but still doable and not much more walking than if you parked. Only thing that would make it better is if the hot tub on the back porch was serviced and working. Would book again.

Loved this charming truly ski on ski off home. Plenty of rooms, comfortable beds, very quiet and clean. Loved all the ‘homey ski decor’, and ease of getting on and off the slopes. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect ski getaway!

We loved staying at this perfectly located, ski-on/ski-off condo! We traveled with another family and the set-up was great for our 3 kids, plus adults. It is well-maintained and nicely updated with plenty of space. It was just a two minute drive into town. The hosts were extremely responsive and very accommodating!

Clean, Cozy, and Convenient Ski-in / Ski-out

This condo is great for a weekend ski trip with friends and family. Everything was clean and the proximity to the mountain can't be beat. Skiing directly from the trail to the front door makes everything so much easier. The living room is cozy and the fireplace was a huge benefit for a cold weekend. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook for a crowd. Would definitely stay again, Courtney was a fantastic host.

Great Location, easy on and off the slopes. Easy walk into Stratton Village, had a wonderful time. Only issue was it ended to soon. Without a doubt, I'd rent this property again. Lots of room and well equipped for use Ski lovers.

Fantastic location

We had a great time at this property. Easy ski in/out via the Home Run trail located roughly 50M from the front door. Easy walk to the village via the cleared and salted sidewalk along Stratton Mountain Road. Courtney took a phone call on Thursday night to explain to us how to find the community hot tub. Unit was clean on arrival. Plenty of linens and towels and paper goods.

Great getaway for 2 families!

We had a great stay at this condo and the setup was perfect for two young families. One family had the lowest level, the other family had the upstairs level, and we hung out in the kitchen/living room area. Couldn’t have been a better setup for napping/sleeping children and having a little separation but staying under the same wonderful roof. We would definitely come back!

Ski getaway

We were 2 families with 3 children total and the space was perfect for us. The unit is beautifully updated and had everything we needed. It was a 2 minute drive to the base and we typically drove the children for ski school in the morning and then adults skied out from the unit (very short walk to trail) each day. Owner was very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

2nd Home

Really the perfect 2nd home for skiing/snowboard family. Enough space for really large family or two smaller families. Easy access to slopes, well appointed, clean and amply supplied. Our weather was not great but we really enjoyed our stay. The host is very attentive to any concerns and extended warm hospitality. Thanks Courtney.

Wonderful accommodations

This property was clean, cozy, and conveniently located near the ski trail. The owner was very accommodating and promptly responded to our requests. In particular, we had an infant in the small room adjacent to the master bedroom which didn’t have a window shade. The owner ordered paper blackout shades which we received the next day and easily installed them. The condo was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen with coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had fun here

This is a nice location for a ski condo. If you can navigate some short turns on a closed ski trail you can ski right to the parking lot. It's peaceful and quiet. There were some minor management company things that you might not expect at this price: no towels in bathrooms, no paper towels in the kitchen, some outlets not working, all soap dispensers 7/8 empty, etc. Overall we had a positive experience and enjoyed Stratton.

Horrible experience

Upon entering the unit which said it did not allow pets and was previously highly rated for cleanliness we were horrified by the condition of the unit. The owners were recently there with their dog and there was dog hair on every surface, dog toys and a dog bed in the living room. None of the beds were turned and all sheets were soiled. Dirty towels were left in every bathroom. Old food was left in the refrigerator and the surfaces were all dirty. Dishes and pots had old food stuck to them. When we contacted the unit owner she offered to waive the cleaning fee. We asked to have it recleaned and were told no cleaning people were available. After filing a complaint with VRBo the owners went silent on us. I’m sure they will attempt to refute this but for anyone interested we have photos and videos of the condition of the unit. We ultimately left 2 days early after some people in our party became sick from all the dog hair. I would not recommend staying here.

Wonderful host and good location

My family (including 2 kids under 6) stayed for a week in February and had a wonderful experience. Everything was updated and clean and Courtney was a very accessible host! The kids are beginner skiers so it was not as Ski in/Ski out for them but anyone else would be just fine and the drive to drop them at the mountain was less than 3 minutes! Highly recommend and would stay again!

perfect ski condo

We stayed for a long weekend and had a flawless experience. The condo is well appointed, the beds are super comfortable and the location to the slopes ideal, especially for beginners. The owners even allowed us to extend our checkout until after we finished skiing for the day because no one else was checking in and the cleaning team was rescheduled for us. Thank you for a flawless ski weekend.

Great Location for a Ski Vacation

Long time Vermont skiers but our first time skiing Stratton Mountain (just my wife and me - no kids this time). Once we found the unit (we arrived when it was dark and signage was hard to see and we made a few wrong turns) we enjoyed most everything about it. The owner (Courtney) was VERY responsive throughout the process, including upon our arrival when we had a couple of questions about the unit. We also had one maintenance item that was fixed immediately! The unit has 3-floors and we barely went downstairs (we used the master bedroom upstairs). Overall nice layout, well stocked, everything worked (TV, outlets, wifi), it was clean...plenty of space for the two of us to spread out and relax. Loved the fireplace and they had plenty of wood ready to be used. Also pretty close to the village (less than a mile away by car) where we ate dinner one night. We had snow two nights and the parking lot and walkways were kept clean continuously. My only complaints (and they are minor) is that we personally like to be a little closer to a trail when we ski (this unit was about 250' from the Home Run trail...definitely walkable but will raise your heart rate a bit) and there was very little closet space to hang clothes (the master bedroom had a small room adjacent to it and we simply laid our clothes on a bed in that room). As stated minor concerns. Overall an enjoyable stay and we'd come back here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home, in a perfect location with a great and responsive host!

It was a pleasure staying in Courtney'a home. She made the process a breeze with quick and friendly communication and made sure we were happy with our trip. The home was beautiful- clean, comfortable, well appointed, and in a lovely setting. It was great to listen to a babbling brook while sitting on the back deck.
