Charming house 10 minutes walk from the city center
This extra muros house located 10 min walk from the city center has a large and beautiful garden.
All shops are nearby, you can do your shopping on foot: pharmacy, post office, bakery, bank, fruit and vegetable, butcher etc ...
Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, the house is bright and easy to live with. Here the countryside invites itself into town.
We provide a bicycle, but there is a station for vélib (inexpensive rental bikes), the tram and bus station at 50 m and a 20-minute walk from the train station.
The house is 60 m2 it includes:
- Living room: 2 sofas, 1 coffee table
- Equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, nespresso machine, microwave ...)
- WC
- Bathroom + washing machine
- Garden with table and chairs for unforgettable evenings!
- 3 rooms :
White room:
Single bed and a half + wardrobe + storage under the bed + desk and chair + fan
New York room:
Double bed + wardrobe + shelf + desk and chair + fan
Veranda room:
2 single beds + wardrobe + shelf + desk and chair + private veranda + fan
The mattresses are new and comfortable. There is a baby / child chair. The rooms are equipped with fans.
