The apartment is part of a private residence and is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday without giving up the pleasure of San Teodoro nightlife with its characteristic market in the square and the various restaurants in the open, aperitifs or after dinner, discos.
The apartment has been completely renovated in the interior in a modern style in April 2014 to offer its guests a warm and welcoming environment equipped with many comforts (TV, microwave oven, gas oven replaced in summer 2016, hairdryer). In the bedrooms there are mosquito nets and a professional wifi network has been installed to offer an excellent internet connection in the entire apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor and has its own terrace for eating outside. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds (not bunk beds), bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with a two-seater sofa bed: it can therefore comfortably accommodate four to 6 people.
The apartment also has a large table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside in the tranquility of the context or simply to relax away from the nightlife of San Teodoro.
In San Teodoro you will find a Mediterranean climate, wonderful beaches of fine white sand, important tourist services, various sports activities, excursions to be able to discover all the beauties of this land rich in traditions and a great sense of hospitality.

posizione triste

appartamento senza aria condizionata e senza lavastoviglie poggiolo esposto al solo praticamente tutto il giorno ma senza tenda posizione vicino alla zona di scarico di un supermercato e quindi soggetto a via vai di camion a partire dalle 4.30 del mattino ... (notare che essendo senza condizionatore le finestre rimangono aperte quindi si sente tutto....) centro non così vicino almeno 15 minuti a piedi

Great holiday at Sardegna Dream!

We had a very great holiday at Sardegna Dream in June 2017. We enjoyed to stay here for the second time (App No 5), so we had sun from the early morning till late evening :-) Everything went very well, from the arrival at Sardegna Dream in the evening (the local contact came very fast and showed the appartement), the two weeks with very nice weather and our leave Thursday noon. We spent a very nice time at Sardegna! We had a small incident when the refrigerator broke down. But it took not more than one hour until the new fridge arrived and everything has been fine. Perfect!

Vacanza bellissima in un vero posto di relax! 

Siamo appena tornati da una settimana in questo piccolo paradiso! Con il cuore triste abbiamo lasciato il vostro residence e la meravigliosa San Teodoro. E' stato tutto perfetto, dalla gestione della prenotazione con la signora Sandra, pronta a tranquillizzarmi sulla serieta' del loro annuncio (ero piena di timori perche' era la prima volta che prenotavo su internet la vacanza e aveva ragione lei che non c'era motivo di preoccuparmi!) e precisa nel fornirci anticipatamente ogni informazione utile per il nostro soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un piccolo omaggio di benvenuto: ottimi dolcini sardi accompagnati da una lettera. la casa ha una posizione ottimale perche' vicino al centro ma al contempo lontana dall'inevitabile confusione e musica anche a volumi piu' sostenuti che si trovano al centro con i vari locali. Dotata di tutto il necessario e vicina a tutti i servizi e a meravigliose spiagge. Abbiamo passato bellissime serate in giardino in compagnia anche di nostri amici che, pur avendo preferito una casa piu' vicino alla  spiaggia della cinta, la sera preferivano di gran lunga il relax offerto dal splendido giardino del  residence dove abbiamo alloggiato noi. A soli 5 minuti di auto dal residence abbiamo scoperto  anche la meravigliosa  spiaggia di Lu impostu che e' ideale per i bambini. Torneremo sicuramente e la consigliamo a tutti. Grazie di cuore della vostra gentilezza ed ospitalità.

Toller Sardinien-Urlaub :-)

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen Appartement verbracht. Ausstattung und Lage wie beschrieben, zum Strand in San Teodoro und in den Ort ist es mit Kindern etwas weit zu laufen, ein Mietwagen empfiehlt sich auf Sardinien ohnehin. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin - sowohl zur Klärung noch offener Fragen im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthaltes - immer sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Herd, innerhalb einer halben Stunde kam ein Monteur vorbei und hat es abgestellt. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

So beautiful!!!

This property with its large terrace, beautiful open plan living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom was so prefect for us, we wanted a view but still have a short walk to the main beaches and hub of everything. The pull down insect nets changed my holiday, last year I was bitten 38 times! This time, just twice! Sandra that rented us the apartment was so helpful and kind. She kept up the contact from the moment I asked if we could rent, to the end of getting the deposit back. I even asked for another sun lounger when we got there, and when I woke up the next morning a bran new one had been delivered! She sent me so much advice and really was the perfect agent. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a holiday home for a few weeks selects this, it was ideal, thank you Sandra xx

Beautiful place and amazing host!

The apartment is really lovely and Sandra is the most incredibly helpful host, absolutely nothing is too much trouble and she goes well out of her way to help in anyway she can. The grounds are so pretty and it feels really peaceful and private, the beach and San teodoro town are in walking distance and loads of fun! We had such a lovely stay and our 18 month old was so well looked after and just loved it! Definitely recommend!

relax unito alla comodità

Io ed un'amica abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per dieci giorni durante la settimana più caotica del mese di Agosto. l'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, zona molto tranquilla ma comodissima per raggiungere le spiagge più belle ed il centro di San Teodoro. l'appartamento è dotato di qualsiasi comfort (trovare così tanti utensili da cucina in una casa di mare è sempre molto raro)altra cosa che ci ha colpito è stato il terrazzo fondamentale per chi adora come noi cenare all'aria aperta. l'accoglienza e soprattutto la disponibiltà da parte della proprietaria è stata eccellente e sicuramente se dovessimo tornare in questa zona non avremo dubbi sull'alloggio!! appartamento consigliatissimo.

Fantastico soggiorno!!

Ho soggiornato per 12 giorni in questa meravigliosa struttura con il mio fidanzato ed alcuni amici... Che dire? L' appartamento corrispondeva esattamente a ciò che si vede in foto...Casa curatissima,pulitissima e anche spaziosissima!! La Signora Franca ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo con dei deliziosi dolcetti, veramente da provare =) Consiglierei questo Residence non solo a famiglie ma anche a gruppi di amici in cerca di un posto tranquillo dove trascorrere le vacanze.

Raramente ho riscontrato un livello di cura per il cliente paragonabile a quello dei proprietari di questa casa, ci tengono a farvi stare bene e sono disponibili in ogni circostanza. Si meritano il mio incondizionato plauso e un grazie per averci fatto trascorrere un periodo di vero riposo. Abbiamo trascorso quasi 3 settimane a luglio nell’appartamento 1 al primo piano, esperienza ottima che raccomando senza dubbio. Dal primo contatto con Sandra la comunicazione e’ stata perfetta, lei disponibile e sollecita in ogni circostanza. L’appartamento e’ proprio bello come nelle foto, in perfette condizioni di uso. Pulizia accurata. Le camere sono ampie e dotate del necessario per una vacanza confortevole – materassi nuovi di zecca e comodissimi, buone dotazioni di cucina e stoviglie, biancheria nuova (cosa non comune). La casa e’ fresca perche’ situata in un punto di buona circolazione d’aria, con l’unica eccezione della camera da letto grande che guarda a sud e quindi riceve il sole tutto il giorno. Siamo stati dotati di ventilatore che abbiamo dovuto accendere solo in alcuni giorni di caldo implacabile. L’appartamento ha una ampissima terrazza che e’ sempre soleggiata durante il giorno, ma per fortuna c’e’ un altro balcone piu’ piccolo che affaccia sulla campagna dove era una gioia sedere a guardare le stelle. A occuparsi del complesso uno staff di persone di squisita cortesia, a partire da Franca. Gli spazi comuni sono impeccabili , c'e' un parcheggio interno e a disposizione degli ospiti ci sono anche ben 2 barbecue. Nelle vicinanze un supermercato ben fornito e ogni altro servizio. A San Teodoro non manca assolutamente nulla. Vicino c'e' anche la fermata del bus per le spiagge. Poco distante pure la famosa spiaggia della Cinta, raggiungibile in appena 20 minuti di cammino – verificato personalmente. Sarebbe ottimo se il comune di San Teodoro investisse in un percorso ecologico camminabile fino alla spiaggia, perche’ marciare con le macchine che ti sfiorano non e’ il massimo, e anche noi cultori delle vacanze attive quindi abbiamo presto desistito e preso la macchina. Volendo proprio trovare qualche difetto, suggerirei qualche mensolina in bagno e un altro punto luce nella zona living, che a mio parere era un po’ buia. Comunque per noi la valutazione e’ da 5 stelle.Raccomandatissima.

Sistemazione ideale!

Siamo un gruppo di 5 amici che ha avuto modo di passare una fantastica vacanza in questo delizioso appartamento poco distante dal centro di San Teodoro. La posizione dell'intero residence è adatta a tutte le esigenze dato che è possibile usufruire di qualsiasi servizio nelle vicinanze, come spiegato nell'annuncio. La casa è assolutamente spaziosa, oltre che pulita e ben attrezzata. È stato davvero piacevole consumare i pasti in veranda, avvolti da una rilassante atmosfera. Il giardino perfettamente curato completava il tutto. Inoltre abbiamo potuto contare sulla serietà e la disponibilità della signora Sandra e della signora Franca. Il residence riflette al meglio il loro impegno. Se mai dovessi tornare a visitare questi luoghi sicuramente saprei dove alloggiare!

Assolutamente consigliato!!!!

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto strategica perché vicino al centro di San Teodoro e alla spiaggia La Cinta ( e le varie cale vicine). L'appartamento risulta molto comodo e confortevole anche in 5 con bel giardino sul retro e una piacevole veranda dove mangiare al fresco e al riparo dal sole. I servizi sono buoni e in ogni caso a pochi minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere supermercati negozi ecc.

Appartamento incantevole, assolutamente ben fornito e ben collocato; ottima distanza sia dal mare sia dal centro, nonchè dalle strade principali. Pulito e luminoso, con un terrazzo veramente grande ed una piacevole vista sul verde. Molto tranquillo, con parcheggio riservato, ideale per tre ragazze come noi. Proprietaria e soci molto disponibili e gentili, ci siamo trovate davvero bene...sicuramente torneremo.

Very nice and clean place

The flat is very well located close to the center of San Teodoro, supermarkets and nice beaches. It is very clean and have a nice garden. It was quiet and the kids were very happy. Would have been even better if the person who receive us would have speak english..but we manage well to communicate. In general,all nice.

Un bel soggiorno a San Teodoro

La posizione della casa è tranquilla ma, con tutte le comodità a portata, come un supermarket al di là della strada. Non è nel centro di San Teodoro ma questo non è certo un problema; in pochi minuti di auto e poco di più a piedi il centro e la spiaggia della Cinta sono facilmente raggiungibili. La casa è esattamente come appare nelle immagini e nei video del sito. Esternamente il prato è verde ed è curatissimo. All'interno l'appartamento è pulito e dispone di tutto quanto necessario e promesso. La Signora Sandra e la Signora Franca hanno fatto quanto era nelle loro possibilità per soddisfare anche le nostre esigenze per check-in e check-out. In sostanza siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Consigliatissimo

Excellent séjour

Nous étions 4 amis à partir dans l'un des appartements et n'avons pas du tout été déçu . Sandra se montre très réactive durant les échanges de mail précédant le voyage. L'emplacement est idéal pour qui souhaite découvrir la région d'Olbia puisqu'il se se situe à mi-chemin entre Palau (pour rejoindre la Costa Smeralda) et Oresei plus au sud. Il est par ailleurs à une petite demie heure de l'aéroport d'Olbia. Le petit village de San Teodoro est très sympathique et animé le soir. Par ailleurs, de nombreuses plages toutes plus belles les unes que les autres sont accessibles en quelques minutes de voiture seulement. L'appartement possédait (quasiment) tout ce qu'il fallait. Nous étions à l'étage et l'exposition était parfaite, nous laissant profiter du soleil jusqu'aux heures tardives sur la grande terrasse. Les deux seuls petits inconvénients sont : (i) la station lavage juste en face, mais elle n'est pas gênante dans l'absolu et (ii) le vis-à-vis par rapport à l'appartement situé en face, mais encore une fois, il est très facile d'en faire abstraction. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement cette résidence ! Julien

Ottima sistemazione

Siamo stati ospito presso l’appartamento n.1 (1 piano) per 8 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Fin dal momento della prenotazione, Sandra è stata con noi molto gentile ed esaustiva nei confronti di tutte le nostre richieste. L’accoglienza della signora Franca sul posto è stata ottima : cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità fin da subito. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e dotato di tutte le attrezzature necessarie per godere di un’ottima vacanza. La posizione della casa, rispetto al centro di San Teodoro è comoda, di sera la zona è molto tranquilla. Consigliatissimo!

Un perfetto piccolo attico "bomboniera"

Siamo stati ospiti del residence nel piccolo appartamento "sopra" (situato in una terrazza sopraelevata di fronte alle due villette principali) per 11 notti e ci siamo trovati divinamente. Avevamo praticamente un piccolo attico indipendente e molto tranquillo. La zona di Suaredda, dove si trova l'appartamento, è già di per sé davvero silenziosa e tranquilla, ottima per chi desidera godere di una sistemazione gradevole, con tutti i servizi essenziali a portata di passeggiata, ma fuori dal centro un po' più rumoroso di San Teodoro. L'appartamento è perfetto per una coppia come noi, con una camera matrimoniale fresca e spaziosa, un bagno ampio e confortevole ed un soggiorno delizioso con cucina nuovissima e attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Nonostante la casa non sia dotata di climatizzatore, cosa che al nostro arrivo ci ha preoccupato un po' viste le temperature già piuttosto elevate notte e giorno ( eravamo sempre oltre i 30 gradi), è risultata invece sempre molto fresca ed aerata e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a dormire la notte! Incredibile ma la posizione sempre ventilata ha fatto sì che all'interno la temperatura rimanesse sempre fresca e gradevole. Infine da notare che la casa dispone di un ampio parcheggio privato all'ingresso quasi sempre all'ombra durante le ore più assolate. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento e sicuramente ci torneremo per una prossima vacanza! E ringraziamo anche di cuore le signore Sandra e Pina Catte, la signora Franca che ci ha accolto all'arrivo e i loro collaboratori per la disponibilità e la grande gentilezza che ci hanno riservato!!! Ruhige, schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sodass man sehr gut entspannen kann. Zum Kochen findet man alles nötige und es fehlt an nichts. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Einziges Manko war nur eine einzige Steckdose im gesamten Wohnzimmer, in welche auch kein Adapter zu einem vorliegenden Verlängerungskabel passte. Es wurde aber sofort auf Anfrage ein neuer Adapter gebracht und das Problem hatte sich erledigt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin war stets zuvorkommend und immer sofort hilfsbereit. Das war wirklich sehr angenehm. Also auf diesem Wege nochmal vielen Dank für alles!
