For rent studio near the sea and the two city beaches! Area of studio 27 m2, consists of a salon, open kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the courtyard. There is everything for living and recreation: furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. Equipped with air conditioning, which works on "hot-cold". There is Spanish TV. No Internet. Alternative accommodation - two adults or two adults and a child up to two years (without animals!). Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. In the area of well-developed infrastructure: in walking distance bars and restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket "Consum", "Sanoa" shop. To the sea and the two city beaches about 300 meters away.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
