Terraced house in stones without opposite and completely independent, newly done up. It is located on a large plot of one hectare on "hanging gardens", quiet and surrounded by nature, 3 minutes walk from the village (restaurants, small country groceries, crafts) and the river with its many beaches. Ideally located to visit the south of the Ardèche. Hiking trails from the cottage. 3 stars classification by the FNAIM.
54 m2 living space including a living room (kitchen / dining room / living room), 1 bedroom with a bed 160 cm and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 cm, a bathroom with a toilet, plus a separate toilet. In addition to the living space, a mezzanine adds a relaxation / reading area. Very well equipped: dishwasher, oven, electric, microwave oven, 4 burner hob, washing machine, iron, ironing board, TV ... Many cupboards. Large shaded terrace, garden, parking.
Florence and Alain, the owners, live on the property and are available for any information concerning the various sports, cultural, gastronomic activities ... They can direct you to a large number of hiking / mountain biking.

Lovely gîte in beautiful location

Florence and Alain's gîte is an ideal place to spend time exploring the Ardèche. It is located a few minutes' walk from the centre of Labeaume and is set in beautiful landscape.The gîte successfully combines traditional features and modern touches finished to a high standard. It is clean and exceptionally well equipped. The hosts are extremely helpful yet also discreet. Highly recommendable.

Nature et tranquillité

Endroit idéalement situé. Prés du coeur du village et en même temps au milieu d une grande propriété magnifique ,calme et très arborée. Ce gite très bien équipé est décoré et agencé avec goût. La climatisation un véritable atout. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux propriétaires

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir konnten in Labeaume 10 wunderschöne Tage verbringen. Unsere Ferienunterkunft entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Die Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Besonders die Küche war perfekt ausgestatttet und war mit einfachen Grundzutaten bestückt. Familie Balazuc war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und hat uns viele Ausflugs- und Einkauftipps gegeben. Die Landschaft und das Dorf Labeaume waren wunderschön. Der Fluss La Baume lud zum Abkühlen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

évasion en Ardéche

Mr et Mme Balazuc sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions ou nous aider en cas de soucis. leur gite est très confortable, joli, propre et très fonctionnel. Le lieu pour se resourcer au calme dans la nature est juste exceptionnel, vous pouvez aller au village te la rivière Labeaume à pied à moins de 5 mn du gite. Pour randonnée ou courir il y a moult possibilités au alentours. je vous le conseille, nous nous reviendrons avec joie bonne année à tous.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille, avec nos 2 enfants de 9 ans et 13 ans, dans ce petit coin de paradis. Le site est magnifique. Le logement est chaleureux, fonctionnel et à 5 minutes à pied de la rivière qui passe dans le village Labeaume. Pour finir, les propriétaires sont adorables. Bref, je recommande vivement ce gîte !

Très belle expérience

Logement avec bonnes prestations, situé au calme à 10 mns à pied de la rivière Beaume. Pleins d'endroits typiquement ardechois pour profiter de ce magnifique département. Et les enfants ont aussi adoré le canoë, les différents points d'eau et rochers pour sauter. A refaire !!

Perfekter Ort

Alles war so wie erwartet und wurde sogar noch übertroffen: sehr ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur, nur Zikaden und der Gesang des Pirols zu hören, die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, bis hin zum Pürierstab. Schattige Sitzplätze auf der Terrasse oder im Garten zu jeder Tageszeit (im Juli), Klimaanlage und die Möglichkeit zum erfrischenden Querlüften. Wunderbare Gastgeber, absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir bei der Ankunftszeit nachjustieren mussten, haben sie alles für uns komfortabel geregelt. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt am Dorfrand in ruhiger Lage.Die Terrasse ist schön schattig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet- es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett. Es gibt schöne Badestellen in der Nähe, die auch zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Wir haben schöne Wanderungen unternommen, um Kanu zu fahren muss man allerdings das Auto nehmen.

Pärchen Urlaub im Mai

Das Haus ist ist sehr gut eingerichtet und liegt in sehr schöner ruhiger Umgebung. Trotzdem war der kl. Lebensmittelladen fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Einziges Minus war, dass in Sachen Sauberkeit hier und da etwas mehr Gründlichkeit schön gewesen wäre. Sehr geeignet für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub.

Komfortable , wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen in der herrlichen Landschaft mit ihren zahlreichen interessanten Ausflugszielen verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der hübsche Ort fußläufig zu erreichen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit trotzdem unermesslich ist. Die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, der nette Kontakt zu den Vermietern und das gemütliche stilvolle Haus haben das Ihrige dazu beigetragen. A really phantastic place to be , in the middle of unspoiled nature and though only 10 minutes walk to the village. great kitchen and log burner,lovely and helpful owners next door.

Accueil chaleureux et emplacement privilégié pour découvrir l’Ardèche du sud !

Florence et Alain sont adorables, le logement est totalement indépendant, très bien équipé - un vrai cocon dans la verdure. L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois à proximité du cœur du superbe village de Labeaume et à mi-chemin des Gorges de l’Ardèche, des Gorges du Chassezac et du défilé de Ruoms. Nous reviendrons avec joie !

Schöne Wohnung in Labeaume

Die schöne Wohnung liegt am Ende einer kleinen Privatstraße etwas oberhalb von Labeaume. Man ist schnell im kleinen, hübschen Örtchen und am schönen Flusstrand. Alain und Florence sind sehr hilfsbereit und standen immer für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage

Wundervolles Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich und aufmerksam empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet Platz für die ganze Familie, zusätzlich gibt es über dem Essbereich eine kleine gemütliche Galerie, die über eine Treppe erreichbar ist. Ergänzt wird die Wohnfläche durch eine hübsche Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Erholung pur im ruhig gelegenen Steinhaus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie in diesem abseits gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Vermieter leben in der anderen Haushälfte und sind für Fragen jederzeit und gerne ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Durch den eigenen Zugang ist die Privatsphäre jedoch ebenfalls gegeben. Das Haus liegt im oberen Bereich des Ortes Labeaume, eine Straße führt bergab ins Zentrum und zu den Badestellen. Das Zentrum (Altstadt) von Labeaume ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, dort gibt es schön gelegene und einladende Restaurants und Cafe/Bars, einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, kleinere Läden und schöne, schattige Liegemöglichkeiten im Sand oder auf Steinen am Ufer der Beaume. Ein Blick vom gegenüberliegenden Aussichtspunkt ermöglicht einen fantastischen Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt. Auf wunderschönen Wanderwegen rund um Labeaume kann die Gegend auch an heißen Tagen erkundet werden. In der Umgebung können ähnlich schöne und ausgezeichnete Orte (Les plus beaux villages de France) besucht werden.

Gîte Très bien placé et agréable à vivre

Gîte très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du cœur du village de Labaume et donc de la rivière qui est très agréable pour se baigner. Le gîte est au calme, bien équipé et décoré. Bien que la maison soit mitoyenne de celle des propriétaires, nous sommes totalement indépendants et sans vis-à-vis. Les propriétaires sont gentils et accueillants. Je recommande
