Très bel endroit!!

Magnifique maison, très bien équipée dans un très bel environnement. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille afin de se détendre. Elle est egalement a proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Elle est en très bon etat et la piscine est parfaite pour les journees ensoleillees. Le propietaire est sympathique et bienveillant. Tout est reuni pour passer de magnifiques vacances!!

Relax fra campagna e città

Villetta situata a pochi km da Ostuni, ben collegata da una strada principale dove troverete tutto quello di cui potete aver bisogno, supermercati, macellerie, pescherie, pasticcerie .... La casa è nuova e ben tenuta, il patio all'ingresso è il posto ideale per passare serate al fresco davanti una bella tavola che domina i terreni che circondando la proprietà pieni di ulivi e alberi da frutta. La piscina è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, piccola ma ben fatta, servirebbe almeno un lettino in più per essere pignoli 😅. La cucina piccola ed essenziale ma organizzata per pranzi e cene estive ... Ovviamente il barbecue esterno è un valore aggiunto. Silenziosa e molto riservata in ogni angolo ... La villetta è ideale per chi vuole passare dei giorni in totale tranquillità senza farsi mancare il lusso dei comfort Torneremo sicuramente !

Relax e tranquillità vicino Ostuni.

La struttura è veramente curata in ogni dettaglio, la cucina ha 2 fuochi ma è organizzata molto bene con tutti gli accessori ed utensili per poter cucinare. Lo spazio interno del soggiorno è molto ampio anche se abbiamo sempre utilizzato lo spazio fuori nel porticato all’ombra per fare colazione e per pranzare. La piscina non è olimpionica ma è di una bella dimensione per poter stare con materassino e godersi il panorama tra gli ulivi. Le tre camere sono comunicanti tra loro quindi si ha una minor privacy ma se di è con amici o familiari va benissimo. La doccia esterna tra gli ulivi a bordo piscina è un plus. Consiglio la struttura, pulizia ottima e vicino (200m) c’è la masseria Traetta con prodotti tipici.

una piacevole residenza

Non è una struttura di lusso ma è molto bellina, comoda e soprattutto fresca in una estate torrida: i trulli che la compongono sono miracolosi. La piccola piscina è confortevole, pulita e di stile il solarium circostante abbastanza ampio per 4-6 persone. Questi trulli sono posizionati tra Ostuni e Ceglie (gioiello della cucina pugliese) e a comoda distanza dai centri abitati (Ostuni 3 km, Ceglie 7 Km). La buona privacy visiva è garantita da un giardino di olivi, viti, allori e altri alberi. Unico neo la privacy acustica: alcuni resorts nelle vicinanze sono festaioli, ma comunque si silenziano non tardi, intorno 23-23:30 (prima della mezzanote) e per ultimo la zona cucina/frigorifero che non è comoda per la produzione di pasti importanti per più di 2 persone. Esiste però un barbeque, nella zona piscina, che abbiamo utilizzato spesso e con gusto. Il mare si raggiunge in circa 20-25 (lido morelli e torre guaceto), costa sabiosa o con scoglo basso. Ci siamo stati molto bene.

Eine Friedensoase nur wenige Km vom Meer entfernt

Wir haben uns für diese kleinen Türme in Ostuni entschieden, die aus alten Trulli bestehen, weil wir in unserem Urlaub eine neue Erfahrung machen wollten: es hat sich wirklich gelohnt, denn der Trullo bleibt auch ohne Klimaanlage natürlich kühl, außerdem erinnern die Schönheit und die Authentizität des Gebäudes an vergangene Zeiten....die Veranda ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig, um das Frühstück und die Tagesmahlzeiten zu sich zu nehmen, die Grillstation ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem i ist schließlich der Swimmingpool, klein, aber fein und ein wertvoller Verbündeter in Zeiten der Hitze. Der perfekte Ort für alle, die absolute Ruhe und Individualität suchen, nur wenige Kilometer vom Zentrum von Ostuni und dem Meer entfernt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
