Parfait pour quelques nuits à Calvi !
Appartement très bien placé dans une résidence calme et propre avec ascenseur. À 5 min à pied du port, des petits commerces et de la plage. Mr Spencer a été très sympathique et arrangeant.

L'appartamento è pulito, fornito di cucina e le stoviglie essenziali per una breve vacanza. Presente anche un frigorifero molto utile in estate. Parcheggio privato in condominio chiuso con sbarra. Unica nota stonata è che il letto matrimoniale è un divano letto e non un vero e proprio letto, quindi il materasso ovviamente non può essere della qualità di un letto vero. I letti dei bambini sono adatti se uno è abbastanza piccolo perché in realtà, seppure il letto è a castello, quello superiore è di dimensioni ridotte rispetto a quello inferiore Nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo buono

Apparemment très propre, bien placé un parking assez grand. Le propriétaire très gentil et accueillant . Le seule petit trucs qui serais à ajouter c’est du sucre pour le café mais à part tout est parfait .

Le logement est fonctionnel et tres bien situé pour tout faire à pied sur calvi. Logement bien équipé avec des petits détails tel que lessive, liquide vaiselle, condiments, tres apprécié. La seule chose qui pourrait etre amélioré serait la literie et la qualite des coussins.

Les +: l'emplacement, tout se fait à pied ( ville, plage, gare ) La taille du studio, assez grand pour 2 personnes La relation facile avec l'hote La belle terrasse et la clim Le parking si vous louez une voiture Les bémols : La cuisine peu équipée ( seulement 2 plaques de cuisson, frigo vieillot...) Casa piccola ma con ogni confort e con un ampio terrazzino. Molto vicina alla spiaggia e al centro, si può fare tutto senza macchina. Pulizia ottima. Mr Spenser è molto gentile e disponibile se hai bisogno di aiuto.

L'appartement est fidèle aux photos et à la description de l'annonce : propre, fonctionnel, avec tout l'équipement annoncé. À 5 min à pieds de la plage la plus proche et environ 15 min du centre ville, il a la localisation parfaite pour les vacanciers sans voiture. Petit + de l'appartement : la terrasse assez grande et la climatisation.

Pratico appartamento in centro a Calvi
Il proprietario è stato gentile e l'appartamento, pur di dimensioni ridotte, ha tutto il necessario per due persone. Ampio terrazzo sul quale è possibile cenare, e molto comodo il parcheggio interno e la vicinanza al centro storico.
