*SITUATION
In the center of Moliets Plage, the house is located in a residential area close to everything:
700M Beach, 300M Golf, 150M Bakeries / Restaurants / Market (Tuesday & Thursday) / Bicycle paths / Playgrounds for children. In the center of the village: Super U, Doctors, Pharmacy, Veterinarian, Press & Tobacco.

*GARDEN
Facing south, the terrace is perfectly exposed from breakfast to dinner.
The house is air conditioned, equipped with a 20M² awning and for natural shade the 2 cork oaks in the nap corner. In the garden at your disposal: table, chairs, deckchairs, ottoman, a solar shower area and everything needed for the BBQ.

* EQUIPMENT
The house is fully equipped: American kitchen with Induction hob, Dishwasher 9 place settings, Combined Oven / Microwave, Freezer, Freezer, Washer dryer, Toaster, Nespresso, Programmable coffee maker, Blender and Tv36 '' lounge . You will have the possibility of storing in the cellar or storing under the lean-to Malibu surf & wetsuits as well as your bikes. For children: Umbrella stroller, Booster seat, Baby Cook, Cot, Bathtub and Changing table.

*SERVICES
Sheets and pillowcases are provided, beds are made on arrival and tourist tax is included. (Town hall Ref. FFR1WBMA) Towels and dish cloths are not provided.
Pets are allowed at an additional cost of 25 € / stay.

Belle maison idéalement située. Petits commerces à pied et surtout choix de plage à pied avec deux enfants de moins de 10 ans. Très bonne semaine.

Très bonne expérience à Moliets

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce logement. Idéalement situé dans Moliets - nous n’avons quasiment pas utilisé notre voiture de la semaine (a pied - plage à 20min, commerce et restaurants à 5min). Le logement est très bien équipé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié avoir la climatisation pour rafraîchir les pièces pendant notre absence. Le petit jardin est très agréable aussi et permet de manger dehors tranquillement, et le quartier est calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bonne emplacement, jardin parfait pour le chien Seul point négatif adresse pas exact du coup à notre arrivée nous attendions à un point et la concierge à un autre, elle nous a dit que sa arrivait souvent.

Excellentes prestations pour cette maisonnette idéalement placée entre océan et pistes cyclables. Décoration moderne, récente et très fonctionnelle. Tout est fait pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Petit jardin clos par des haies qui permettent l'intimité et de laisser en liberté nos animaux ( chat et chien). PARFAIT!même le temps était au beau!

Parece que no se revisa la limpieza que hacen los anteriores huéspedes, debajo de las camas había mucha suciedad. Por lo demás el apartamento estaba perfecto y la ubicación muy buena.

Propriété très agréable et bien équipée Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la situation géographique la maison est bien équipée excepté la douche extérieure qui ne fonctionnait pas et la salle de bain qui aurait bien besoin d'être changée.

Ferienhaus Moliets-et-Maa

Das Ferienhaus in Moliets-et-Maa hat eine sehr gute Lage, es sind nur wenige Minuten zur Bäckerei oder zum Einkaufsmarkt. Auch der Strand ist in ca. 15 - Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns war das Haus optimal, da wir mit unserem Hund angereist sind und der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, Perfekt! Als Verbesserungsvorschlag, würde ich mir zwei größere Kochtöpfe wünschen. Als Kritikpunkt muss ich die nicht ganz so saubere Duschkabine ansprechen!
