Peaceful Tranquility

Excellent!! We received a warm welcome from the property owner Gary on our late arrival, with a bottle of wine ready to chill, the cottage was very clean and everything that was needed was there. The area is so peaceful and relaxing with lots to see and do within a short driving distance. Even the damp British summer weather didn't spoil our short break. We wished we could have stayed longer and explored the countryside around the farm but we will have to save that for another visit...

Lovely peaceful base to explore East Yorkshire

A smart, comfortable and very peaceful place to stay within easy driving distance of sandy beaches and lots of places worth visiting. It has a lovely sun trap terrace with a barbecue too and I would recommend the steaks from the butcher in Bridlington's Old Town. Make sure you visit Burton Agnes and it's lovely walled garden.
