Villa available for holiday rental made from first class materials, with a large private pool and private garden. It can accommodate up to four people.
The house is located in a quiet rural area, although a car is needed, this area is located close to everything in order to move around easily.

The villa consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, kitchen with an American bar and fully equipped for daily use if necessary, lounge with plasma TV and bathroom with shower.
Outside, as well as the pool and garden, there are two exterior covered porches with barbecue zone and a two seater swing chair.
Parties are not permitted in this house, and pets are not accepted.

Close to Roche beach just five minutes away by car, Cala del Aceite beach is eight minutes.
Conil de la Frontera is just a couple of minutes´ drive away.
Pizzeria restaurant El Caserio is the closest, at walking distance or under one minute drive.
