Madragoa Vintage Flat / Very central /WiFi
The Madragoa is a well kept secret. With its convents, pedestrian streets, old buildings covered in tiles, it is one of the most sought after neighborhoods for lunch and dinner. It is filled with restaurants for all tastes and prices, bars and cafes. A 3-minute walk from the French Embassy, this apartment allows you to explore almost all of the city's neighborhoods on foot: Lapa, Estrela, Bica, S. Bento, Bairro Alto, Baixa, Chiado .... And the famous Ribeira market is so close that you can go there for lunch or dinner regularly.
TRANSPORT
ELETRICO: 28 electric is a must! It crosses the main historical districts of the city. You can catch it in Martim Moniz Square or Campo de Ourique. During his journey, he passes very close to the apartment.
BOAT: From the dock of the Cais Sodré you can cross the river and go exploring Cacilhas and the Cais do Ginjal. The views of the city from the 25 de Abril bridge are incredible. And there are excellent fish and seafood restaurants.
TRAIN: If you take the train at Gare de Santos (8 minutes of walking) you can go to Belem in 5 minutes only or go to the end of the train to explore Cascais and its beautiful beaches.
If you take the 728 you can go to the biggest market in the city (Feira da Ladra) or to the eastern part of the city where the Vasco da Gama Aquarium is located. During the trip you will cross an area of the city in full rehabilitation: Xabregs, Marvila and Beato.

There are lots in Lisbon. Just install the app to use these environmentally friendly means of travel.
HOME RULES
- Each host must provide data from their (non-European) passport or identity card (European) as provided by law. I will need the full name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, place of birth and document number.
- The municipal tax will be charged in cash upon arrival: € 2 for each person and for each night up to a maximum of € 14 per person. Guests under 12 years stay free of charge.
- Extra cleaning: 30 euros
- Extra set of bath: 5 euros
- The apartment has Internet but I will not take responsibility if there is a fault in the service. Heavy downloads are not allowed.
- Late check in charged for late arrivals.

Between 11 pm and midnight: 25 euros
Between 0h00 and 01h00: 30 €
- Loss of keys: 150 €
