Simple and small apartment all on the first floor, with a bedroom and private bathroom, in a country house about 10 minutes walk from the beach of Desenzano and 15 minutes from the center where you can find many shops and numerous restaurants and ice cream parlors. In the center you can take the boat for the tourist tour of the lake.
Crossing the street you can use the private swimming pool.
The apartment has private parking, sheets and towels and a part of the corridor has a shower and on the other the toilet. Gardaland and other natural parks are about 18 km away.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Unterkunft mit guter Lage, zum Pool der mitgenutzt werden kann sind es 200 Meter. Im Zentrum gibt es Parkplätze von der Unterkunft die Kostenlos genutzt werden können bei Ausflüge in die Stadt.

Günstige Wohnung mit schönem Pool
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Desenzano. Toll war der Pool auf dem benachbarten Grundstück des Vermieters, den man auch mitbenutzen konnte. Großer Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und tollem Oleander. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, gab etwas wenige Küchenutensilien z.B. fehlte ein Kochlöffel. Dafür gab es in der Nähe eine gute Pizzeria. Der Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Good stay at lake garda
Me and my girlfriend had a nice stay at the appartment of Antonella and Fabio. The appartment was as described. It was an old building but it has everything you need. We had to walk about 10 minutes to the lake but we could also use the pool. Antonella was very kind and replied very quickly. They even picked us up from the central station. We would definitly recommand this appartment!

Sehr sympathische Vermieter
Wir waren eine Woche im kleinen Apartment. Sind dann in der zweiten Woche in ein Größeres gewechselt. Die Vermieter sind super sympathisch und kümmern sich darum, dass es den Gästen gut geht. 20 min. Fussweg zur Promenade sind okay. Toll, dass wir den Pool gegenüber der Straße nutzen könnten. Es war eine tolle Zeit.

Phantastischen Urlaub
In der Unterkunft war wirklich alles was man braucht. Ich hatte eine Wohnung auf einem wunderschönen Anwesen . Sehr sauber und ruhig aber doch alles schnell erreichbar. Der Pool und die Umlage sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren mega freundlich zuvorkommend und bemüht , trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir alles super hinbekommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen !!

Traumanlage in Seenähe
Die Wohnung ist ein wenig älter, jedoch sauber, gemütlich& hatte alles was wir brauchten! Dinge wie, Geschirr, Bettwäsche& Handtücher inklusive. Vor allem die Anlage war ein Traum! Man kann sogar den Pool& Tennisplatz nutzen. 10min Fußweg zum See. Würden immer wieder kommen :)

It‘a always a pleasure to visit Antonella, Desenzano and this beautiful small Apartment. You have a kitchen, a bedroom, a floor and a bath. And you can use the swimmingpool. Its clean, good located and a perfect startingpoint to explore the region.

The flat was lovely, clean and tidy. Enjoyed the pool and tennis courts and the hosts were even kind enough to offer us a lift from the station as it was raining. Great distance from Desenzano and a fantastic stay overall!

Wundervolles Apartment
Unser Aufenthalt im September 2023 war alles in Allem toll. Wir wurden am Tag unserer Ankunft via whatsapp kontaktiert und als wir ankamen stand Fabio schon bereit, um uns die Schlüssel zu überreichen. Wir sind dann in die kleine aber völlig ausreichende Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt zwei kleine Bäder, in dem einen befindet sich das Klo und in dem anderen die Dusche mlt einem weiteren Waschbecken, beide Bäder gehören nur zu der eigenen Wohnung. Die Anlage gegenüber aif der anderen Straßenseite ist unfassbar schön, man kann den riesen Pool mitbenutzen und auch die Sportmöglichkeiten (Tennisplatz und Fußballfeld, Calistenics Park, Tischtennisplatte). Wir haben bei der Ankunft und bei WhatsApp noch Tipps für gute Restaurants bekommen, wir haben alles ausprobiert und mochten alles gerne :) Man kann Antonella jederzeit erreichen, sie ist sehr sehr nett! Die Fahrräder darf man auch mit benutzen, was es auch erleichtert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kleine altmodische Wohnung mit Charme
Die Vermieter sind toll und man hat eine gute Kommunikation. Man kann den Pool gegenüber mit nutzen. Sie ist alt, aber sauber und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Allein die tolle Lage und der günstige Preis sprechen für sie. In heißen Sommertagen ist die Wohnung allerdings schwierig, da sie keine Klimaanlage hat und kaum zu lüften ist (Bad und WC haben kein Fenster). Meist war in der Wohnung wärmer als draußen. Ohne einen Ventilator konnte man sich dort nicht aufhalten. Zum Glück gab es einen. Abends kann man schön unten im Hof sitzen.

Desenzano del Garda ha superato le nostre aspettative. Nello specifico, l'alloggio data la particolare posizione, ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. La signora Antonella è stata disponibile e professionale e ci ha dato molti spunti per vivere appieno le bellezze del luogo.

Das Apartment entspricht genau der Beschreibung, alles nicht mehr neu, aber sauber und gepflegt. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert und alles lief reibungslos. Fabio und Antonella haben uns mit Empfehlungen in der Umgebung versorgt. Der Pool und der Tennisplatz, der mitbenutzt werden kann, liegt wirklich nur auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren tagsüber meist unterwegs und haben die Unterkunft wirklich nur zum übernachten gebraucht und für diesen Zweck ist sie genau richtig.

Perfect holiday gateway
The hosts are amazing and very helpful. They assisted us with all our questions and activities in the area. We arrived at 21:00 and they came for us in the train station and took us to our apartment. The apartment is very clean and well kept. You can enjoy breakfast outside with all the greenery infront of you. You can also use the pool. The area is very quite perfect for a break.

Ferienwohnung Dezensano
Leider war keiner vor Ort der uns empfangen hat, Kontaktdaten hatten wir keine mitgeteilt bekommen. Irgendeine freundliche italienische Frau hat dann nach 20 Min.den Vermieter angerufen, der uns dann leider nochmal eine Dreiviertelstunde hat warten lassen. So etwas haben wir weder in Italien noch in Kroatien jemals erlebt. Die Wohnung selber war zu teuer für den Komfort. Handtuchhalter direkt im Duschbereich montiert😂 Überhaupt waren WC, Waschbecken und Dusche mindestens 50 Jahre alt, ein Waschbecken ist auch schon an 2 Seiten gesprungen. Im WC war die Lüftung leider schon sehr altersschwach, es hat nicht gut gerochen. Küchausstattung minimal: Keine Schüsseln für z.B. Salate, die Bratpfanne war so klein, dass diese in einer Puppenküche auch Platz gehabt hätte u.a. fehlende Gegenstände. Der deutschen liebste Kaffeemaschine hat auch gefehlt.😭 Ist aber nicht soooo wichtig. Der Pool war toll. Insgesamt hat man es auch aushalten können. Trotzdem, alles in allem, sieht uns diese Ferienwohnung nicht wieder.

The apartment is clean and well equipped. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. We had access to bikes which was great! The wifi connection is very weak, which is not optimal if you plan to work from there.

A nice stay
The apartment is simple but was good for our stay in Desenzano. Only a short walk into town, the lake and beaches. Fabio kindly collected us from the train station and drove us back there for our early train back to Verona, thank you! Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed eating outside in the morning. The apartment is clean and functional and we were able to borrow bikes which was a nice touch :)

Sehr angenehme, schöne Wohnung
Unser Aufenthalt war super, die Wohnung ist größer, als wir gedacht haben. Vor allem die Küche ist recht groß und für eine Ferienwohnung wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es war alles super sauber und sehr gemütlich. Auch die Lage ist prima, man ist schnell am See und es gibt Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zudem hat man den Luxus, dass man den Pool und den Tennisplatz mitbenutzen darf, die auf dem Grundstück auf der anderen Straßenseite liegen, und man kann sich Fahrräder leihen. Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und freundlich.
