Guests will have full access to the property. There are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate open plan kitchen and living area. All rooms have comfortable double beds and all basics will be provided such as towels, tea, coffee, toiletries etc.
This first floor apartment has recently been refurbished to create a modern and airy living space in central Sunderland. There are 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed to sleep 5. The living room benefits from a large TV and ample space for relaxing or having friends around. A well fitted kitchen also benefits from a washer/dryer machine and a large fridge freezer.
Our guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the area. This apartment will particularly appeal to those visiting the hospital and university. There is a metro stop within 1 minutes walk and plenty of local shops and supermarkets on your doorstep. The nearest airport is Newcastle International Airport, 14.9 miles from the apartment.
