An elegant newly built 3 bedroom/2 washroom house. Surfing paradise.
A newly built 3 bedroom 2 washroom (an extra shower outside) house. The house has a great patio facing the ocean. As well there is shady area behind for the afternoons. A view of the ocean to your west and at dawn you can watch the sunrise. The ocean is 120 meters from the house and the beaches are empty. Outside of the main cities, it's a great escape for people looking for a safe, relaxing Nicaraguan experience. The house is spacious and beautiful - perfect for a group of friends or a family vacation. If you desire to experience an authentic Nicaraguan small village, meet local people, surf incredible waves by yourself, or walk along an empty beach then this is for you. There is a small restaurant Las Palmeras next door with excellent food. As well, you can ask our caretaker's wife to cook for you. She is a good cook and very cheap.

My name is Ivona. I live in the beautiful Canadian province of British Columbia in a small city of Abbotsford. As I love tropical climate and have a soft spot in my heart for Spanish speaking people, together with my husband I bought an ocean view lot and built a house in North Western Nicaragua. The house of our liking with huge ceilings and many windows.
Why they chose this property
I love the seclusion and peace. Fantastic surfing waves and the local people. There are actually 3 good restaurant (one next door)not that far away but the place has no annoying vendors on the beaches and the beaches are almost empty.
What makes this property unique
The view of the ocean from the porch is amazing. The sound of the ocean and cicadas at night is incredible. And the huge moon with so so many bright stars is absolutely unforgettable. The house is so big and spacious inside with very high ceilings to allow for proper air flow. You'll love everything about this place as I do.
