Port Royal has beautiful walking trails and lovely shops and is just a 2 miles to Parris Island Marine Station and just a short distance to Historic Downtown Beaufort.

Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in #1) " Sweet Dreams" the master room with comfortable king size bed and 400 count all cotton bedding , this room has a full bathroom attached,#2) "The Secret Garden Room" has two twin beds and opens out to a small quite porch which leads to a wonderful outdoor space complete with B.B.Q , picnic table, fire pit , chairs, this area is perfect for s"mores and evening relaxation. Bedroom #3) "Ships Ahoy" this spacious room has a bunk with a full and a twin and also a very comfortable queen size bed. Location to the base was excellent, but house needs some TLC, outside looked nothing like pictures , over grown in areas, porches need repair and paint, loved the room and lay out of inside but again inside needs a better cleaning, floors were dirty, under couches very dusty,window seals dirt need

Perfect for a large group

The location of this property is perfect. We could walk to ice cream, coffee, restaurants and while a bit longer, you could walk to The Sands beach. There was ample space for our party of 8, which included 5 adults (no couples), 2 teens and one kid.

Great location for MC Graduation

We stayed a few days for our son’s graduation from the Marine Corps. The house is very conveniently located about a 10 minute drive to the base. The house is great for families. We found it clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was perfect for a large family--plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and safe + close to several good restaurants.

The House was just as advertised and the bonus We did not know about was the wildlife sanctuary just down the road where you could witness hundreds of birds. Then there were turtles, rabbits frogs and even alligators. Great for evening viewing on the boardwalk.

Great place for MCRD families to stay!

Great home in a great location.. few minutes to Parris Island for Marine graduation. Fully stocked home, clean, spacious, cozy beds, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bikes were great to ride through the quiet town. Host was amazing with check in/check out instructions. Would definitely recommend to any family that is coming to MCRD graduation. The host was a good, fast communicator. Easy checkin and check out. The house was as described and very clean. It is the perfect size to host large families and groups. The house is stocked with all the basic necessities and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well stocked for everything you need to make a home cooked meal for you Marine. It was great for my family ranging from kids to great grandparents. It is minutes from Parris Island. The drive to PI was 5 to 10minutes. The location is nice, tucked in a quiet neighborhood. It is also close to all the restaurants & stores of Beaufort. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

Marine Corps Graduation

My grandson graduated from Parris Island. This is perfectly locate for easy access to the base, stores & restaurants. The house has a bit of a musty smell from the basement. I am sensitive to fragrances & odors, once you get past that it is fine. The house is larger than it looks with plenty of spaces to hang out together or in separate groups. We were only there for a short time so weren’t able to get out into the community much. The neighborhood driving to the house is a bit unmanicured. There were no loud noises from out side. It was quite peaceful. It would have been nice to have had a few more days to enjoy all the amenities. It would be a great place to plan a 7-10 family/friends trip!

Nice place, but steps NEED repaired

This property was clean and it was nicely decorated with all the amenities that it stated on the listing & lots of room for our large family group of 8 adults. The only problem with property, besides the young adults teasing about the creepy doll in the basement game room... lol, is that the steps leading up to the front and side doors (adjacent to the driveway parking) were very rickety and made the elders of the group extremely uncomfortable when traveling up & down them.

Boot camp graduation

This properly was exactly as described. It was large enought to sleep our group of 12 and located in an ideal neighborhood. Close to Parrish Island and cozy little restaurants. Also close to the beach.

This home has a beautiful lay out for a large family , lots of rooms a laundry room , a room to relax right off the kitchen , a nice sit down dining area the living room and den area join so that you can entertain while others are watching t.v. and still be together. The master bedroom is so comfortable , you may want to sleep in but their are to many wonderful things to do in Port Royal you will want to get out and enjoy!
