The studio has all the amenities: fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (very comfortable Simmons mattress for 2 people) overlooking a beautiful terrace. Possibility of adding a cot: on request. A bathroom (with shower and separate toilet). An equipped terrace (with awning) on which you will be able to take your meals with a living room of garden, parasol, nice view, in peace. You will have access to the laundry room: a washing machine is at your disposal. The must: the beautiful private pool of 10 m x 4 m which is reserved for you: you are the only tenants. A large Zen garden with benches. You will have a private parking. Calm environment in lush greenery, conducive to relaxation. Small barbecue. Board games, library, outdoor games badminton, molky. We offer you an Astronomy evening (star gazing at the telescope in the garden, herbal tea and comments!). Also possibility of discovering Qi Gong with Olivier, mornings in the garden.

Un havre de paix et de ressourcement
La quiétude, un petit havre de paix niché sur les hauteurs du pays de grasse. Lieu où nous accueillent les propriétaires ainsi que leurs 2 locataires permanent (deux adorables chats). En plus de s’y sentir bien, grand jardin, belle vue, piscine accessible et grande , nous avons pu bénéficier d’une soirée astronomie qui a ravi notre soif d’apprendre et de découverte. À proximité il y a plein de chose a voir, les grottes, les villages perchés, antibes, etc… les hôtes sont d’ailleurs de très bon conseils. Dans le studio vous trouverez un porte vue avec des adresses, lieux etc pour agrémenter vos vacances. Encore merci

Location idéalement placée car entre le lac St Cassien et la mer Méditerranée. Les hôtes sont adorables et très discrets. Le logement est très bien doté, il ne manque rien ! La climatisation et la piscine sont très appréciables en été ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Petit studio très sympa avec tout ce qu'il faut et même plus. Mon petit chien et moi nous sentions comme chez nous (surtout lui lol) Propriétaires sympas et discrets. La météo n'etait pas de la partie malheureusement. Mais c'était fin d'été et les orages qui vont avec. Je recommande.

Le cadre ainsi que la propriété sont parfaits pour un couple. La région est très intéressante et il y a beaucoup à voir (merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir conseillés des balades et des villes). L'accès à la piscine est tout a fait possible. L'activité de la nuit étoilé était juste splendide, nous avons pu apprendre beaucoup de chose, merci encore au propriétaire. Je recommande totalement cette location.
