The land of the property is set in terraces, overlooking the house, the swimming pool is located on one, and half set in earth 7.5 x 3.5m, depth: 1.30m. The swimming pool is at the exclusive use of both holiday apartments. The house is ideal for 2 families travelling together.

Ideal spot for families who travel together and could rent the whole property enjoying privacy and a private swimming pool in this case.

The apartment Raffaello is attached on one side to a house which is not inhabited and on the other side to the holiday apartment Graziella.
Independent entrance: Outdoor area on the front of the apartment equipped with table, chairs, barbeque and sun-umbrella. Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-dining, fire-place, SAT-TV, little couch, kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee brewer, toaster, stairs to the 1st floor: wardrobe with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with TV, air-conditioning, wardrobe, 1 twin bedroom with sliding door, TV, safe.
The furnishings are tasteful, parquet tiled floors in the bedrooms, terracotta on the ground floor. All windows have mosquito nets. Internet WiFi max 3 GB/week Included.Parking within the property.
Internet Wi-fi included up to 3GB/week.

Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us.

Beautiful Villa outside Lucca
We have just returned from our week staying in this idyllic villa just outside Lucca. The accommodation is stunning with everything you need. The bedrooms are very comfortable with air conditioning in the main bedroom. The lounge area has a large table with a comfy sofa and ,the all important, air conditioning. The kitchen is well appointed and we were given a welcome basket of wine, pasta and beer! The pool area has fantastic views over the hills and plenty of loungers. The owners are extremely accommodating and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa for your holiday. Outstanding.

Sehr schönes Haus auf dem Hügel
Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten entfernt von Lucca auf einem Hügel. Der Vermieter hat es mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. eEs gibt sogar einen kleinen Pool mit Garten und man kann vor dem Gebäude in der Sonne sitzen.
