Very beautiful stone house located in the center of the calm and charming village of Cornillon. Thanks to the belvedere located 50m away, you will have a breathtaking view of the Cèze valley and can enjoy its pretty swimming areas by the river, 5 minutes by car.
Between southern Ardèche and Cévennes, there are many sites and “most beautiful villages in France” nearby: La Roque sur Cèze, Aiguèze, Montclus, Uzès, Barjac, Aven d'Orgnac, Pont du Gard, Chauvet cave ...
220 m² enclosed outdoor area not overlooked, including a swimming pool (2.5 / 8m, progressive depth up to 1.8m with footbath for young children) secured by barrier, an interior courtyard for ball games and table tennis, a shaded garden with terrace and barbecue. Private parking.
House of 145 m² with 4 bedrooms with double bed (one with an additional bunk bed and one more single bed in another), 2 bathrooms, a large living dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, no air conditioning. Sheets will be provided. Cleaning fee in addition 120 €.
