Enjoy my attractive spacious shabby chic holiday home, that uniquely benefits from large feature windows on all three sides! This lets in the light and sun even on a dull day. A fully equipped two bed central Lymington town apartment, with courtyard view and secure undercover parking. Explore boutiques, restaurants and wander down to the attractive cobbled quay with fishing and sailing boats. Tennis courts located behind the apartment, cycling by the sea wall, or beautiful forest walks, It’s all yours!

Room Details below:
Extra large living dining room seats 6 at an attractive glass dining table, overlooking the courtyard, sofa and chairs, office desk and office chair, so great for working away from home! free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD’s etc.

Bedroom 1. Super King can be separated into two 3' singles. Has an automatic blackout blind. Linen, towels, hairdryer, wardrobe and cupboards for clothes plus a TV. some noise due to such a great central location.

Bedroom 2: Cute cabin room, bed is 6' 2" long 4' wide..... Kids love it! fits a small/med adult. linen, towels. hanging space and cupboards for clothes. Blackout blind.

Bathroom: Bath with a shower, a sloping ceiling over shower if over 6ft might struggle? sink, toilet. toilet rolls, hand wash, shower gel and shampoo.

Separate cloakroom: with toilet and sink, Loo rolls, hand wash, towel.

A separate kitchen: Fully equipped, cooker, hob, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Coffee & Tea in cupboard just bring fresh milk!

Great location close to gastro pubs and restaurants, coffee shops and trendy boutiques for shopping. The Solent for sailing is almost on the doorstep, just at the bottom of the High Street! Plus the New Forest for walks and beautiful beaches near by for you to enjoy. A trip to the beautiful village of Beaulieu or Burley is an option, Winchester, Bournemouth or the Isle of Wight that is only a short ferry ride away. So much to enjoy and see within easy reach.

The accommodations are in an excellent area on the commercial street of Lymington, where they put on a very interesting market on Saturdays. The apartment lacks nothing and is super comfortable. I loved the notes that the owner leaves as an instruction manual. She is, Near the accommodation you can find a Waitrose supermarket, another M&S, different Indian pubs, cafes and many more different types of food.since I'm talking about her, charming and super nice.

A lovely stay.
This was just what we where looking. it does suffer from some noise, the shower isn’t tall enough for anyone who’s 6ft+, front door is up a narrow flight of stairs. literally everything else was perfect and exactly as per the advert

A great apartment
This is a well equipped & comfortable apartment. It is ideally placed to enjoy the shops, pubs/restaurants, coffee shops, attractions, etc, of the town. It is also ideal for exploring the New Forest.

Perfect New Forest Bolthole
A surpringly spacious apartment in the centre of Lymington with everything you will need for a perfect break. We all had a fantastic week so close to all Lymongton has to offer. The apartment was spotless and once you get used to the light traffic noise we all slept really well. Would highly recommend it and can't wait to return in the future. Tricia is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble.

Great stay!
Clean and spacious apartment with the benefit of secure on site parking. The apartment is at the top of the High Street with easy access to all that Lymington has to offer. Due to the location some traffic noise can be heard in the bedroom but this did not unduly bother us. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided including books, DVD's and children's toys and the apartment feels as though you are staying in someone's home. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here!

I lived in Lymington for 30 years but I am originally from Brighton in Sussex. I have two children and four grandchildren! Living in Lymington gave me the opportunity to sail and enjoy walking in the forest and by the sea. I love travelling, music, movies and dogs.
Lymington is great for either a short break or a longer holiday and the apartment location is good as everything is on your doorstep!
