Agréable séjour en famille au milieu des vignes.

Points forts: calme (360° de vignes), espace (chambres et SDB pour dix personnes), piscine de taille suffisante, parking abrité pour trois véhicules avec accès direct à l'arrière-cuisine, grandes terrasses dont une ombragée sous les platanes), grand frigo et LV, proximité d'un super U (800 m). Propriétaire discrète et disponible. Bémols: un peu de bruit de l'exploitation agricole voisine (camionnettes, camions de déchargement) mais très épisodique et les salariés se font les plus discrets possible.

Een heerlijke week in een fantastisch huis

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad met 7 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Een prachtig, comfortabel en groot huis met 3 verdiepingen (1 slaapkamer + 2 badkamers en een los toilet op begane grond, 2 slaapkamers + 2 badkamers op eerste verdieping en 2 slaapkamers + twee badkamers op tweede verdieping). Elke slaapkamer voorzien van een airco. Een ruime keuken met een hele grote koelkast en meer dan voldoende keukenmaterialen. de nette, grote en vooral heerlijk groene tuin biedt een groot en schoon zwembad, veel groen, schaduw onder de bomen en meerdere zithoekjes. Kortom: alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke ontspanvakantie in Zuid-Frankrijk.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à Pernes-les-Fontaines. Le mas offre de grands volumes, très bien équipé, l'airco dans les chambres est très appréciable et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quiétude de la terrasse extérieure, avec une table ombragée (pour le midi) et une autre table plus proche pour les repas du soir. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement, les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles.

Very nice holiday property for large families or groups

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children and felt very comfortable in the house. It offers enough space inside and outside. Especially the large pool was the highlight and a welcome refreshment. All bedrooms have air conditioning for cool nights. The area was very quiet and yet within walking distance to Pernes and is recommended for a variety of excursions, for example to Mont Ventoux, to Avigon or to the Camargue. Thanks also to Anne for the good communication and help.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay expecially for the external space. Nice garden with nice pool. Owner very friendly and helpfull along our one week stay. The nearby village of Pernes les Fontaines is very cosy with a beautiful market. Thanks again to Olivier & Anne :)

We had a very nice stay, friendly welcome, the MAS is situated on the domaine of the family, quitely and perfectly situated for excursions (eg cycling the Mont Ventoux); all sleeping rooms have airco as well; strongly recommended

A wonderful experience/une merveilleuse experience

We had a wonderful experience from rental to checkout. The owners were very welcoming. The house is stunning, well laid out and newly and very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are spacious with good quality air conditioning. There is a good size pool and garden which our large family appreciated. The photos on the website do not do the place justice. There is an extensive choice of shops just a five minute drive away, and much to see and do in the region. This house would be our first choice if we ever visit the area again. Nous avons eu une merveilleuse expérience dès la réservation et jusqu’au depart. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. La maison est magnifique, bien agencée, équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une climatisation de bonne qualité.Il y a une piscine et un jardin de bonne taille que notre grande famille a apprécié. Les photos sur le site internet ne mettent pas suffisamment en valeur le lieu. Il y a un vaste choix de magasins à seulement cinq minutes en voiture, et beaucoup à voir et à faire dans la région. Cette maison sera notre premier choix si nous décidons de revenir dans la région.

Mieux que l’annonce

La propriété est un mas au sein d’un vignoble en activité. Peu ou pas de nuissance durant notre sejour debut aout. La maison est grande est chaque chambre est équipée pour que chaque couple soit autonome (sdb, clim, tv...) Le reste de la maison est parfaitement adapté aux groupes et il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place dans la cuisine, nous avons juste pris un mixer plongeant pour soupes etc. Le jardin est super, la terrasse assez grande pour que les enfants y jouent et la piscine est très agréable aussi. L’emplacement est très calme et on accède aux supermarchés en 5min en voiture. La propriétaire, qui vit à côté, à toujours etait disponible pour répondre a nos questions. Rien de négatif à dire sur cette maison et notre sejour, sauf peut-être la présence de guêpes mais cela affecte apparemment toute la région.

grande maison très agréable

Fantastic house in a wonderful location.

This house has everything you could ask for, large spacious bedrooms and a lovely garden and pool. There is air con in all the bedrooms which made a huge difference as it was very hot the week we stayed. There are so many interesting places and pretty villages to visit close by. I would highly recommend staying here

Exceeding expectations

This house exceeds our expectations. Pictures do not show real value of this house. It is quiet and great place, close to the very nice village. House is huge, swimming pool is perfect even for 3 families. You can find here nice table for breakfest as well as for dinner, which are protected from the sun. I will truly recomennd this house even for longer stay.

Super location!

Maison spacieuse, très agréable! Les chambres sont grandes. La piscine est super. Propriétaires accueillants, à l'écoute. Les photos du site sont en dessous de la réalité, elle est encore plus belle! Nous avons passé une très très bonne semaine!
