Modern spacious studios in an historic 100 year old boarding house. These studios come with a King size bed, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, ceiling fans, 43 inch flat screen television with Dish Network, Netflix and Roku streaming content.
The deck you see in the photos is a large shared area accessed from the upstairs hall. It has gorgeous views and makes a perfect place to sit and have a glass of wine in the early evenings. There is a shaded patio area underneath it on the ground floor for when the weather is too warm to sit in the sun.

We loved this peaceful lodge! It was in town center! Lovely area to walk around! But the lodge it self was very tranquil. The vews from the upstairs deck were breathtaking! The stars were so bright! Definitely bring a telescope! They has games, and books and the space to enjoy them! Close to excelt food, and mind blowing attractions! Thank you, Daniel!!
We stayed at this VRBO. It was clean and safe. We had a slight problem on arrival but it was taken care of quickly. The shower was nice and had dispensers on the wall with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was also a small fridge and freezer for food so you don't have to eat out all the time. Also there was a microwave and coffee maker Very pleasa t stay.
Have stayed here many times and will come back again. Always comfortable, clean and everything one needs. The Mexican restaurant right next door is good too!

disappointed
Property is certainly in need of updating. Bed was not very comfortable, just too many little things wrong that my wife was disappointed. We ended up only staying one night. Went to a hotel instead.
Have stayed here many times and have reviewed many times too. We will be going back. A consistent pleasant stay and has all we need. It's our go to place.
The room was fine and the lodge was quiet. The shower was hot. The only issue I encountered (besides checkin) was that the coffeemaker didn’t work. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience and convenient to where I needed to be.

Never again
Studio but NOT a king bed. Holes in the walls and drywall that made me feel like I walked into a Psycho movie. Huge gaps in the doors and windows so the 26 degree wind came right in. Ran out of toilet paper 2nd day and couldn’t get the manager to replace, went to the store ourselves. Ad said no children but kids above us ran around until 1am. The worst experience staying anywhere VRBO with other good reviews. We left 2 days early and went to Prescott. We love old places and history so that wasn’t the issue
Perfect for the two of us. Cozy and clean. A little refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and regular coffee maker and owner supplies great coffee. Roomy enough for the two of us and comfortable bed. Good air conditioner. TV is Direct TV. We were there on a business trip and this is our second time staying here. Will stay again.
Needed a quiet space to stay with our dog.
We had everything we needed in the room for a two night stay. Overall, it was quiet and a great place to stay.
A very quaint, and adequate room at the Clarkdale Lodge. My room was immaculate and had views looking out to Jerome and Verde Valley railroad. Lights up to Jerome at night very beautiful. However, there was no identification of the property in the listing, I had to research on Google to find it so I could confirm it and my dates. Overall, good value for the price.
Property was old but nostalgic, but was just shabby very poor maintenance and trip hazards everywhere, not very secure rooms, open rooms with clutter our tv remore had dead batteries I had to buy my own as no management on property, would I stay there again no not at there rates, could have stayed at a much nicer modern hotel for a fee dollars more. ☹
Perfect for me and my pooch away from the craziness of Sedona. A little disconcerting to not lay eyes on my host/hostess. Wonder about the emptiness of downtown — COVID closures of so much? But I enjoyed my stay very much.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Worth the money. Will be back
This property was super close to all attractions. Within walking distance to the AZ Copper Art Museum and downtown Clarkdale. The Museum is fabulous and a must see! The Clarkdale Caboose (Violette's Bakery) has great breakfasts and lunches! Go early and get the homemade croissants. We enjoyed our time. We got the last of the rooms in the Lodge. It was comfortable, clean, but small -- just a bedroom and bath. We appreciated having our own private bath.
Clarkdale Lodge has all The things: updated, clean modern rooms in a quaint lodge setting. Two beautiful patios That overlook the Verde Trailway. This is our second Stay and will be our last!
The TV didnt work,so by the next day! they final came to see what was wrong. They did get it fixed
The grounds had a lot of weeds, very dry around the hotel, bad for fires!! The bathroom toliet leaked. I had to go online to get information about where to go to eat. No office personal on grounds. We will not stay there again
The little town of Clarksdale, was a perfect place to rest up before our hike into the Grand Canyon! The room was nice, but was disappointed how dusty it was. The dog urine under the bed was totally unacceptable. We had to clean the floor ourselves.
The porch is a real plus, but so much junk around that needs to be cleaned up.
This place is a real plus for this small town. I hope the owner's will read this comment and hire someone to help them.

Sleepy Little Gem
Looking for a place to stay near Sedona and had never been to Clarkdale but such a lovely little surprise. There lodge is not modern, it’s old, restored very nicely, and has great views.
Facing the quaint town square, the lodge is quiet and self-serve. The room was comfy, clean, and had good amenities (great shower with all you need, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with all you need).
I have a daughter in Flagstaff and I’ll definitely be staying here again! A great little gem that’s a good value!
The building is old but quaint. Walkable to downtown - super convenient for Clarkdale activities. Would have liked more restaurants nearby.

All we needed
The room is cute and clean! I liked leaving our window open and wasn’t woken up to any noise. The room has everything we needed. Almost felt like we were relaxing in our own bedroom.

Just perfect!!
We also rent our home in HA and need a place to go to occasionally, and clarkdale lodge is just perfect for us. Not only are they dog friendly, a gorgeous park across the street but they go above and beyond here making you feel welcome and sure you have everything you need to make your stay perfect! Not only plenty of towels for your stay, but also coffee, creamers, hair dryer, luggage racks and a TV with channels! So many HA only have Hula and Netflix (of which we don’t have subscriptions to). Clarkdale lodge is also so close to everything...Sedona, wineries, restaurants and more! We are coming back again at the end of the month and already can’t wait! ❤️
