Viveros 1.2 Is a two bedroom apartment with a balcony. The apartment has a capacity of 5 persons and it's located on a quiet pedestrian street, 5 minutes walk away from the historical center. The apartment has 2 single beds in each bedroom and a single sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is free wifi connection in the entire building. There is a heated pool which is open all through the year. The apartment building is exclusivly for short-term use. During your stay our staff is always available to solve any problem or requirement.

Arrival between 21:00 and 01:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.



From the airport you can take a taxi or the metro.
 
The taxi ride takes about 20 minutes, and the price is about 25€.
 
the metro will take in total between 45 minutes to an hour, and cost 4,90€ a person. Take line 3 or 5, to the stop Alameda, from which you'll have to walk about 10 minutes to the apartments. 
 
We can arrange a taxi transfer for you from the airport, the price is 25€ (until 4 persons) and a driver will be waiting for you when you land with a sign with your name. If you want to book it please give us your flight number and landing time.
