Apartment with beautiful sea views located in Cala'n Blanes, on the seafront and three minutes walk from the beach.
It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mini-timer ...) , from which you exit to a terrace with sea views that are already appreciated from the dining room. At sunset the sunsets are impressive.
The tourist complex has a communal pool. Very quiet area yet being very close to all kinds of services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, sports area with gym and paddle, ...)
The apartment has a washing machine and iron.

Another great stay here!

This was our second stay at this complex of apartments. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. It was well equipped and Tere was always available to answer any questions that we had. There is a wonderful sea view and you can view the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The apartment is very well situated for exploring the whole of the island. It is also only a few minutes drive from beautiful Ciutadella. There are several restaurants and shops within short walking distance of the apartment too. We will certainly return in the future!

Cute and very clean flat with gorgeous sunset sea views

We stayed in this property for 14 days with our kids, aged 10 and 14 and enjoyed it immensely! The flat is small and somewhat more run-down than the pictures suggest -- it could use a fresh coat of paint and there was some rust in the bathroom -- but it was spotless and very comfortable. A lot of nice touches made our stay especially pleasant: extra towels for the beach, a good quality Nespresso machine, a citrus juicer to make fresh orange juice, an immersion blender to make smoothies, a clothes rack behind the windows to dry laundry, a small washing machine. There is an air-conditioning unit only in one of the bedrooms, and on very hot days it was hard to cool down the rest of the apartment, but there are several standing fans for a bit of relief from the heat. The flat is part of a complex with a small shared pool, and there was a problem with the water supply for a few days, but we had excellent communication with the agency who kept us updated on repairs. The best part of the flat was a view of the sea from the balcony, and stunning sunsets every evening! There are numerous restaurants and bars in walking distance, but the supermarkets in the village are very basic and overpriced so it does make sense to rent a car, at least for a few days. Also walking distance are a few gorgeous coves for swimming in clear turquoise water. There is a bus to Citaudella, which is well worth a visit. Overall, we loved our stay!

Comme à la maison

Super appartement très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Peu importe de quoi vous avez besoin tout y est! Super literie, nous avons très bien dormi. De petites attentions de la part du propriétaire très appréciées: petites pochettes d'accueil concernant, shampoing, gel douche, huile de corps pour chaque personne, une bouteille de vin blanc sur la table , un fond de cuisine très appréciable pour les premiers jours d'arrivée. Des serviettes de piscine sont même disponible. Nous avions les nôtres mais pour ceux qui n'en n'ont pas c'est plutôt très sympa! Une vue incroyable sur la mer et des levers et couchers de soleil fantastiques.Le seul petit bémol est la climatisation positionnée dans la chambre à 2 lits mais qui rafraichie toute la maison si on laisse les portes ouvertes, un ventilateur au plafond dans la chambre parentale ainsi qu'un autre pour la pièce principale. Nous n'avons vraiment pas eu chaud et il faisait très bon dans l'appartement. A 5 km de Ciutadella, très proche. Vivement recommandé!

We like the apartment, tiny but fully equipped and functional..

The apartment is in a nice location and has a see view. The sunset are magnificent. Close by supermarket and the Ciutadella 5 minutes by car. The owners very kind. We certainly will be back. Our vacation was unforgetable.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement lumineux et bien décoré. On s'y sent bien... La petite terrasse a une très jolie vue sur la mer et l'on peut en effet assister à de beau couchers de soleil ! Résidence calme et propre, accueil chaleureux.

Logement très agréable, coquet, confortable, bien équipé, très bien situé, avec une vue superbe. La piscine ultra chaude avec vue sur la mer est très appréciable aussi. Seul bémol : l'arrivée a été compliquée, les données GPS nous envoyant ailleurs et les explications teléphoniques de la logeuse incapable de nous donner l'adresse exacte n'étant pas claires.

L'appartement de tere est vraiment très agréable ! Bien situé, près de plusieurs jolies criques et plages mais aussi de ciutadella. Vue du balcon sur la mer magnifique.
