Thatched cottage on a 2360 m2 large natural plot, which borders a large open area. From the terrace and the plot there is a view of the sea at Båring Vig. The cottage is on two levels. Ground floor has a bedroom, bright bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as a bright, combined living / dining room with a view of the water. The living room is equipped with wood burning stove, air / air heat pump, smart TV, blu-ray player and radio. The kitchen department is i.a. equipped with convection oven, extractor hood and refrigerator with 30 l freezer. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace of the house. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the area. There is an open terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
