Newly renovated villa, with pool and barbecue area in a quiet environment and close to the beach. The house has two floors, the lower one has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with 1'35cm bed. The upper one has three bedrooms (one with two 90cm beds, another with two bunk beds and a master suite) and two bathrooms (one of them in the suite).
The exterior consists of three porches (front, rear and barbecue pergola-dining room), garden, pool and outside toilet.
