The house has a fantastic view with a large, well-equipped terrace, the garden with the essence of Sardinia.
The house is at mt. 250 from Porto Taverna beach in north-eastern Sardinia and 12 km. from Olbia, port and airport,
the house is on the half floor of a villa with two other houses, but is very reserved, and the site is very quiet.
On the first floor there is another house a little larger and with the same view in the photos the house is concerned Molarotto, with two bedrooms and another smaller one with only one bedroom MaĆa
The fantastic view of the sea, the isles, the beach, the lagoon with flamingos and other migratory birds, on the three very good beaches
restaurants, beach services, the nearest country is Porto San Paolo at 2 km. with businesses, supermarkets etc.
