Pretty little villa with a splendid sea view Beach accessible on foot in 5 minutes

The villa is on the hill of La Fossette with a splendid view of the sea and the islands of Port-Cros and Levant. It is located in a large property of 1 hectare surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. There are 2 terraces with electric barbecue, garden furniture. The house has just been renovated, the kitchen is new and the bedding. There are 2 bedrooms (1 large bed 160 and 2 beds 90), bathroom and separate toilet.
Private parking space in the property.
A lot of charm, tranquility guaranteed.
You can walk down to the beach of La Fossette (access by a pedestrian): 6 minutes and the beach of Aiguebellle (7 minutes).
Several restaurants on these 2 beaches as well as mattress and paddle rental)
3km from the center of Le Lavandou (and supermarkets). A small supermarket 1km accessible by the bike path at the bottom of the house

Fantastic !
We had the best time in this house. Nestled in the hills with the perfect sea view. Located within the grounds of the family home, but still separate. Quiet and secluded. Perfectly kitted out, stylish and with a high-quality interior. There is a parking place and it is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Thanks, Catherine, for the restaurant tips and for being such a great host.

Small and inconvenient
House needs some good furniture that is useable, no comfort in the house, the sofa is a old day bed totally unsuitable, back bedroom has block of wood for side table with useless side light. Large very old writing bureau in bedroom ,useless. Wardrobe doors do not open fully. There is no table in the house so if it’s bad weather you have nowhere to go, it’s all based on outside living which is ok when it’s good weather, also only sunshade is a canopy which cannot be used when windy so you are sitting in full sunlight. When leaving property you have to get out of car everytime toput code in to open gates ..no remote control!! On walking down to beach it’s a long way in heat and much longer coming back up..don’t take car you will never park. View is the best thing of the property….parvum sed inconvenience.

Merveilleux séjour
Jolie maison avec vue fantastique sur la côte et les dégradés de bleus de la fossette La maison est parfaitement équipée . La climatisation est un vrai plus pour les jours de canicule. Environnement calme même si on entend un peu la route le soir. La plage de la fossette est accessible à pieds facilement, ça monte fort au retour mais c’est rapide (6 mn). Notre coup de cœur reste cette vue sur la baie depuis la terrasse , on ne s’en lasse pas. Catherine, la propriétaire est très serviable et répond rapidement à toute demande. Pas de commerces proches a pieds, il faut prévoir la voiture mais c’est ce qui rend ce coin paradisiaque.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, (leider ohne Mückenfenster ), Küche super, Betten bequem, große Markise schützt vor der Mittagssonne, bequeme Liegestühle mit Meeresblick. Man kann den kleinen Plage de la Foussette zu Fuß in 7 min erreichen. Vom Haus aus gelangt man direkt auf einen Wanderweg, der zwar viel Straßenbelag hat, aber wunderschön ist. Leider hört man trotz Zikaden Gesangs die weit unterhalb des Hauses verlaufende Straße doch ziemlich deutlich, auch in der Nacht , wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft.das war ein kleiner Minuspunkt.

Wir hatten eine super schönen Aufenthalt. Der Strand ist in wenigigen Minuten erreichbar, viele kleine Wanderungen sind in der Nähe machbar und der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist toll! Vielen Dank!

Maison agréable et vue splendide
Petite maison avec vue splendide sur la baie du Lavandou. Joli jardin méditerranéen. A 6 mn à pieds de la jolie plage de la Fossette donc très pratique. Piste Cyclable à 5 mn. Climatisation dans les chambres appréciable par temps de canicule. Les propriétaires habitent une autre maison dans la même propriété mais du fait de l'agencement des lieux, chacun garde son intimité. Propriétaires très serviables et discrets.

A stay in Cathrine's house can be recommended in every way. Cathrine is an excellent host. The house is very beautiful situated in a quiet area, close to the beach and with a fantastic seaview. The house is perfect for 4 people (i. e a family), clean and nicely furnished in a modern and functional style. There are many opportunities for sports in the area: Scuba diving, sailing, snorkeling, paddling, kayaking, rowing, water skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, flyboarding. The house is close to the ares cultural experiences: Contemporary art, Roman heritage, religious architecture, typical villages and Alpine fortifications.

Beautiful location, comfortable lodgings
We spent ten glorious days here, and wish we didn't have to leave. The house is the perfect balance of simplicity and comfort, with well-appointed kitchen, and a veranda to spend hours enjoying the view. The host provided recommendation of local restaurants to try, and each was better than the last. Just a gem.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit grandiosem Blick aufs Meer
Nachdem der Urlaub schon wieder einige Wochen zurückliegt, ist der traumhaft schöne Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von La Fossette noch immer ganz präsent. Das Ferienhaus bekommt eine klare Empfehlung. Höchstens 5 Minuten Fußweg bis ans Meer, vollständige, wenn auch etwas knappe Küchenausstattung, alles recht neu renoviert, modernes Bad und Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern sind hervorzuheben. Mit ein klein wenig Aufwand könnte das Objekt noch weiter aufgewertet werden. Die Markise ist dem Wind am Hang einfach nicht gewachsen. Ohne Sonnenschutz ist die Terrasse aber nicht nutzbar. Die zweite Sitzgelegenheit auf der unteren Terrasse ist komplett ohne Sonnenschutz und steht auf staubigem Untergrund. Dort hat keiner von uns auch nur einmal Platz genommen. Wenn die Schlafzimmerfenster dann noch Insektenschutzgitter bekommen, wäre das Objekt fast perfekt.

Parfait!!
La villa est parfaite et bien décorée la vue est juste sublime, il y a une piste cyclable à proximité idéale pour le vélo et le jogging et la petite plage est adorable et c’est un aquarium pour le snorkeling !

Herrlicher Blick
aufs Meer und in die umliegenden Hügel von einer sehr schönen Terrasse in einem großen mediterranen Hanggrundstück mit dem kleinen schönen Ferienhaus. Die Bucht von La Fossette ist in gut 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, etwas weiter findet man andere herrliche Buchten. Ausflüge möchte man bei dem Flecken Erde kaum machen, da es woanders wirklich nicht schöner ist. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Très belle maison, intime, les photos sur le site ne le mettent pas assez en valeur. On trouve la dedans tous qu'il faut pour vivre un bon séjour de vacances. La prise en charge par la propriétaire ou par la personne designée est très bonne. Vraiment proche de la plage, joignable par un joli chemin. La vue est formidable.
