Two bedroom apartment just renovated. Equipped with TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, private carport. The house is very airy, sea view from the rooms and terrace exposed on the park of Villa Weber.
The setting is enchanting, in the most beautiful part of Maddalena because a stone's throw from Punta Tegge and less than 20 minutes walk from the village, supermarket and bus stop at the bottom of the road.
The apartment is in a three-story building, on the landing only one other apartment.

You enter directly into the living room which also overlooks the kitchenette.
At the end of a small corridor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
At home you will find everything that can make your stay comfortable: I have furnished and equipped for me and my family and rent during periods when we do not go. I closed our personal things in a closet. For the rest, everything is available to you.
Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by my co-host who will give you all the information on both the house and the island. If you need it, you can pick up directly at the port.
The apartment is on the third floor from the garage, on the second floor if you enter the front door.

In the second bedroom there is a kangaroo bed with a third bed on the mezzanine.
