MONDELACO Three-Bedroom Holiday House

MONDELACO Three-Bedroom Holiday Houseis located in 35minutes walking distance from town centre and in 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size of the apartment is 80 m2 and balcony is 3 m2. The apartment is located on the raised floor (mezzanine). The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. In the courtyard of the house there is also a big terrace of 25 m2 and a roofed tavern of 10 m2. The tavern offer a possibility of using the BBQ and the outdoor dining area. It is possible to rent bikes for 10 €/day.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
