The cabin is a large open floor chalet style house with large windows in the Living area and a glass Sun Room. Airy and bright with lots of fun amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The large garden has a Hot Tub that is available year round and a pond that's perfect for a quick cool down in Summer. The game room with Ping Pong table and Shuffleboard add to the indoor fun. There is also a Sauna that completes the spa exerperience!

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms on the First Floor and a Large Sleeping Loft overlooking the Living Area with an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds
Loft has a King bed

BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms with a shower/tub combo. One bathroom is located on the First Floor. The second Bathroom is located on the Second Floor off the King Loft.

SAUNA
On the lower lever is a sauna with an entry with bench.

GAMEROOM
On the lower lever is a Game Room with Ping Pong table, Shuffle Board and extra seating to hang out.

OUTDOORS
A large yard with a pond. The pond is Spring Fed and is about 4 feet deep in the middle. There is a picnic table and two Fire Pits, one by the Hot Tub and one by the pond. The large Fire Pit can also be used for grilling or a small Weber Charcoal grill can be used. Behind the pond is an old logging trail that leads up the hill and you are welcome to explore!

This property is 12 minutes from Margaretville, a sweet Catskill town with boutiques, wine store, pharmacy and supermarket, a couple of restaurants and a nice Parisian style bar. There are several wedding venues close by and Plattekill Ski Mountain is just over the mountain.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and the house. There is outside parking, please park clear from the deck posts. 4WD or AWD highly recommended in the Snowy months.
Other things to note
You need your own vehicle to get around. 4x4 is highly recommended during the winter months. If you don't have a 4WD, you need to park at the bottom of the driveway. Driveway is about 300 feet.
