Surrounded by beautiful buildings and with sea view, this accommodation is ready to welcome you on your next vacation. From here you can visit the famous promenade located in the coastal area of ​​the city, immerse yourself in the bathing complexes of Lido and Ponta Gorda or sunbathe in Praia Formosa, where black sand and pebble beach delight adults and children.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds; two bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen and a living room where you can rest and socialize. Outside you have a balcony where you can see the sea and enjoy your meals. The house has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of four people.

The apartment is fully equipped with all facilities and has a free parking place.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping center, which has several international renowned venues and movie theaters.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight in our gastronomy or international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can go to the city center (seven minutes by car) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants.
About a kilometer from the apartment is the Formosa Beach, suggestive for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand.

GETTING AROUND
For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 5 minutes from the house, although the best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
