Relaxing & much needed Family time!

We had such a great time at Wapiti Lodge! The floor plan was wonderful for our family of 8. We all enjoyed relaxing on the porch, cooking s’mores in the fire pit and spending time in the hot tub. The grandkids had lots of fun on the playground too! Location was very convenient, hope to come back soon!

Family vacation

The property was spectacular with two playground sets, horseshoes, corn hole and indoor games. It was stocked with laundry & kitchen detergent, paper towels which is not always the case at other places. Two bedrooms had private bathrooms and the third bedroom had bunk beds and a double bed which was perfect for our whole family.

Good location

Nice cabin for a family stay. But internet wasn’t working during our stay and the kids play area was under construction which our kids couldn’t use.

Beautiful, spacious cabin - Perfect Location

You can’t beat the location of this cabin in Hochatown (right behind Blue Rooster) and across from Abendigos. The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need for a short-term or extended stay. It’s perfect for kids with a huge play area in the back equipped with a play set. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - which was really nice because we had 3 parties with us. Communication with management was so-so at first. I was told I would receive an email with a link to the portal to access the cabin info (directions, check-in procedure, etc...) I never did receive the email and checked junk mail as well. It was finally texted to me from management. After that, communication was prompt. We were disappointed the first night because the hot tub had not been filled all the way prior to our arrival, so we were unable to use it the first night. There was also an issue with an unstable and falling shower curtain rod in the master bathroom that my husband had to rig to keep up. But management communicated promptly with these two issues. After we left, I received an email with a pic of vomit that was apparently found in our cabin by housekeeping staff. I checked with everyone in my party and no one was aware of anyone getting sick while we were there, so there is still a mystery around this issue. However, when I emailed back (immediately) I asked where in the cabin the vomit was found for clarification purposes and did not receive a response. I emailed 2 more times and called the main office twice to get clarification and resolve. By the end of the day, I still had not heard back from management, so I sent another text and finally a manager, Stephanie, called me back. She was very kind and apologetic about the delay in response to the emails and calls. Everything was resolved from there. While there were a few hiccups, it wasn’t anything that would prevent me from going back again. We really really enjoyed the cabin with all of its amenities. We all had a really great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Blue Beaver cabins again.
