With some of the most spectacular views of Playa Blanca, this apartment is an ideal getaway for couples. Its location in Puerto Chico makes it the perfect place to stay for guests who like to be close to the centre of town. This is a spacious one apartment situated on the first floor, a shared staircase for access to the property.

Interior
This is a spacious one bedroom apartment, with an en-suite bathroom and open-plan kitchen and living room. The bedroom has large patio doors that open onto the sun terrace and the bathroom is en-suite, with a shower unit installed. The bedroom has air conditioning. The lounge is comfortably furnished, with a sofa-bed, armchairs and a coffee table. There is also a small dining table which can be used instead of the breakfast bar which separate the kitchen and the lounge. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and comes fully equipped for self-catering meals.

Exterior
Both the lounge and the bedroom open out onto the sun terrace, which enjoys spectacular views of the whole of Playa Blanca, including the beaches at Papagayo. The terrace comes equipped with dining furniture and two sun-loungers.

Amenities
The complex at Puerto Chico has beautiful, well-maintained gardens, planted with tropical flowers and palm trees to provide plenty of colour throughout the year. The communal swimming pool is heated and there are several seating areas around the pool where you can enjoy the sunshine. Other facilities on the complex include Wifi internet connection throughout, satellite television with several British channels available. The complex also has a manned reception, with English and Spanish speaking staff who are happy to help with any enquiries you may have. Just a short stroll away along the seafront promenade there are plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the pedestrianised shopping street in the heart of Playa Blanca.

For clients interested in Puerto Chico in Playa Blanca, please be aware that development work on the harbour in front of Puerto Chico is now well under way. Since Easter 2019, the noise from the harbour works has greatly diminished, and only occasionally do we have days with some noise. Once completed the harbour will greatly improve the immediate area, but in the short term please bear in mind that there could be some noise during your holiday.
