Private lawned garden overlooking the many pools, the garden is south facing and is in the sun from sunrise to sunset, shade does start to appear on the terrace after 2.30pm when the sun moves round . The garden leads onto one of the many swimming pools and sunbathing area's, so it is perfectly safe for young children to play in, while you can relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine.
The main bedroom has a super king size bed, built in wardrobes, air conditioning.
The second bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobes, air conditioning.

The apartment is in a gated community, with an electronic key fob needed to enter the complex.
If you hire a car you can drive in through the electronic gates and park your car at the front of the apartment there is always spaces even in peak season.

There are nine swimming pools on the complex and due to the fact it is a residential complex it is never crowded even in the height of the summer, so no need to reserve your sunbathing space. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the glorious weather, our garden chairs and sun loungers can be taken to the pool areas. The complex is very spacious with landscaped gardens.
Cala Mondrago is a stunning beach with amazing turquoise waters, not to be missed. The National Park is home to lots of different wildlife and has lots of picnic areas and lovely places to walk. Around a 10 -15 minute drive from the apartment.
The fishing villages of Valldemossa, Deia, Soller,Cala Figuera , Porto Petro , Port Cristo and Porto Colom are all worth visiting.
The local markets of Santanyi and Felanitx are also worth the visit. Cala D'or also has a weekly market.
The local market in Cala Egos is on a Thursday evening and is well worth the look around.

Local supermarkets are fully stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, during peak season they are open 9am - 9pm everyday, They do open Sundays but times vary each month, Eroski place a sign on the doors with there opening times on each week.There are also Spar supermarkets in the local area, opening times can vary. The new Mercadona opened 2024 , on Cala Dor Marina. Fabulous supermarket worth the visit.
Please be aware that all rental properties in Mallorca are now controlled by the Balearic Regional Government, any property not displaying a registration number in their advert, which shows the property has a licence is doing so illegally and your holiday will be put at risk, we have all the required legislation necessary. The accommodation has been checked by the tourist ministers, and all the legal requirements have been met.
