Charming Provencal farmhouse from the 17th century completely renovated with taste, calm and comfort, located in Marsanne in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, near the main roads, and in the heart of the countryside with a dominant view over the Valdaine valley. Le Mas du Pas with 6 spacious bedrooms including a family suite, all equipped with sanitary facilities, independent bath or Italian shower, can accommodate up to 16 people. The heated swimming pool (open from June 1st to October 1st approximately) and the typically Provencal U-shaped courtyard will seduce you and allow you to taste the calm of the Drôme. During your stay, also take advantage of exhibitions of paintings or sculptures. Nearby leisure: hiking, biking, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tree climbing 3 minutes in the forest of Marsanne, 5 restaurants in the village. A stone's throw from Mirmande, Poët-Laval, Grignan, Montélimar, Nyons, Vaison-La-Romaine, the land of Nougat, honey, lavender and olive. Ideal stopover on the Mediterranean route or for a vacation between Vercors and Mont Ventoux.

Great stay
It was the perfect stay and I don't have a complaint. We were very well taken care of and any time there was a questions, always answered promptly. Pool was beautiful with great views and the dining table outside was great for a larger group which we were. All in all great time!

quel bel endroit
le Mas du Pas est une très belle maison de la Drome provencale, on s‘y sent bien des petits aux mamies et aussi entre copains. Les chambres sont très confortables avec pour presque toutes salle de bain et toilettes. Même une partie climatisée très appréciée des mamies. La région offre beaucoup de belles découvertes. La piscine était très agréable. Nous regrettons juste de na ps avoir réservé pour une troisième semaine … Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil , les draps tout propres pour les nouveaux arrivants

Séjour réussi , avec un mas bien équipé , une terrasse et une piscine très agréable . Nous étions jusque 12 et nous avons pu en profiter pleinement . Pas mal d activités de plein air en proximité , à Marsanne même où en allant du côté de Dieulefit . Propriétaire très accueillante et à l écoute

Maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille
Beau mas rénové avec goût et situé à 10 minutes à pied de Marsanne. Nous y avons séjourné à 16 sans problème, chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bains et de toilettes, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avons été bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui étaient très disponibles et qui résident au même endroit. La région est magnifique et offre de nombreux loisirs.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Mas du Pas. The location was excellent and the property amenities were as noted in the property description. The only issue was the inconsistent quality of the internet service provider. Clients need/expect high-quality internet service and unfortunately this was not the case during our visit. This issue "did not" spoil our visit, but did detract from the overall quality of the property experience.

Bon rapport avec notre hôtesse. Cependant, quelques améliorations seraient les bienvenues pour les futurs locataires : meubles cuisine, ustensiles cuisine, wc dans une chambre, literie. Pour nous, vacances réussies avec piscine, soleil,repos. Salutations distinguées.

Propriété rénovée avec goût, très agréable et pratique pour des groupes avec enfants/ado. La piscine (chauffée) a été particulièrement appréciée. Chaque chambre (toutes spacieuses) dispose de sa salle de bain + toilette : très pratique lorsque nous sommes nombreux. La quantité et la qualité des équipements est au RDV. Pour parfaire le tout, les propriétaires sont très agréables et accueillants. Je recommande vivement cette propriété.

accueil chaleureux, maison et cadre exceptionnels
Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve en famille au soleil et dans un cadre de verdure exceptionnel, la maison est parfaitement équipée, spacieuse et confortable pour recevoir 14 personnes, de plus elle est très bien décorée. La région est formidable avec ses petits villages médiévaux et ses couleurs de provence.
